I arrived about 30 minutes early and texted him, but I received no reply. I waited 30 minutes until the apoitned time then walked to the unit at 530, the door was locked. I called him and he did not answer. I waited an extra 15 minutes just in case he was running late. That mess is completely unacceptable. I will be doing everything I can to make sure my complaint on this matter is heard on as many review platforms possible.
