I was in need of help with the sale of my rental property so as not to get heavily taxed. Mason Prophet told me about 1031 Exchange and how it worked. This program requires you to purchase a new rental property within 6 months. He was amazing. He started looking at properties in the area we wanted to buy in. He found us a piece of property within the first week after sale of previous property. We continued to search for properties and purchased 1 month after our closing date. Mason loves his job and it's obvious. He dot's all I's and crosses all T's on every part of the purchase. For me it was a piece of cake. All the requirements for Escrow docs, termite inspections and purchase warranties were taken care of by him. If you're looking for a Realtor, Mason Prophet is the best. Thank you, Mason, for all your hard work. Sebe & Terry Garton read more

Mason Prophet truly is the best real estate agent in town! He helped us to realize a retirement goal of selling our home and we couldn't be more grateful for the outcome. He guided us through the typical rigors that a real estate transaction can present, but with his skill he continued to guide the sale through to closing! He always provided us with very sound advice but he also always listened to our thoughts and decisions -- a very rare trait in today's business environment. We are sure that his genuineness, honesty and hard work ethic will guarantee his continued success and that of his clients. read more

Mason recently helped me sell my home in La Verne. He was professional and courteous throughout the process. His knowledge and experience was so appreciated, especially since I hadn't sold a home in 35 years. The offer on my house came while Mason was on holiday with his family. He didn't miss a beat, and was able to negotiate a successful offer even while on vacation. Impressive :) I was referred to Mason by a friend, and would definitely recommend Mason to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. read more

Mason Prophet - Concierge Realty Group - Sold!! Thank you Mason! - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Claremont, California

I would recommend Mason to anyone purchasing a home as he truly is an industry expert with the right tools to make your next buy a successful one! I have been seeking a home for over 1 year and partnering with Mason really made my experience seem-less . I am extremely decisive with my choices and during the process my decision was cumbersome. Mason was able to work with me closely and adjust to my various choices and requests. The communication and follow up was outstanding one of his highest traits - he was not only able to provide Realitor expertise but was up to speed on all market conditions as a professional should- his experience was always on show and his ties to the community was remarkable and showed during appointments as he regularly was a known face by other agents which in many ways can presented buyers opportunities. I'm a true believer that your partner in business cares about your dream and investment as much as you do and I felt as Mason and his bag of resources really looked for my best interest. Today, Mason helped my son and future daughter-in-law realize their dream of owning their first home. They put in the hard work and saved the money for the down payment - Mason helped get them to the finish line! This is our second time using Mason for a real estate transaction, and he came through once again. He is a realistic professional and keeps his eye on the ball. Always answers his phone or text (even on his birthday - Mason, really? You're the best!) Mason was great! He was easy to work with and always available for questions. Mason was able to provide great inside info and point out many things in homes that I didn't notice. Unfortunately, having found our "forever home", we won't get the opportunity to work with him again. I will definitely refer friends and family to Mason. read more

Mason was integral in our home buying process. We had a difficult situation that he masterfully planned out and executed. We needed to sell our home and purchase a new home in the span of 10 days. In that time he was able to sell our home for the highest price our community had ever seen. At the same time he was able to negotiate 140K under the asking price for our new home. We could have gone with a company like purple bricks and saved money on commissions. But this example shows the power of having a excellent agent on our side. His commissions are nothing in comparison to what he saved us. I also think it is worth noting that Mason surrounds himself with excellent connections when it comes to lending, escrow, and inspections. These are often overlooked but they play a huge role in making sure the buying process goes smoothly. read more

We were looking to buy a house in Claremont and found Mason as our agent and could not have been happier! He was so pleasant to work with and simply amazing throughout the whole process helping us first-time buyers navigate through it all. Mason is an extremely honest and genuinely nice person, and has such a positive attitude! He was understanding of our needs and we never felt any pressure from him. Mason helped my husband and I purchase our first house. We found him through a yelp search with the key word 'honest'. Mason was extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable on top of being straight forward and honest at all turns. When we found the house we loved and ultimately purchased the selling agent was an unprofessional nightmare. Mason ended up being part realtor, part therapist as he managed our stress and confusion caused by the actions of the other realtor. At the end of the day Mason provided us with all the tools we needed to navigate this extremely exciting and stressful process. We were so grateful to have him on our team. We would recommend his services to our closest family and friends. read more

I can't say enough about Mason's easy-going professionalism. I have worked with many real estate agents, buying and selling a home, some good and some not so good but Mason stands above the rest. Although a busy agent, he made us feel like we were his only clients. It is obvious that Mason takes pride in his work and helped us through what has usually been a very stressful process. We were always informed, updated and met personally when needed. There was never pressure, unnecessary stress or unanswered questions. I will recommend everyone I know to Mason! read more

Sometimes it feels as if the business world is filled with people who are either hopelessly incompetent or lacking in integrity. Or both. Then we run into someone like Mason. I once worked with someone even more cynical than I who defined a "professional" as "solely someone who gets paid for what they do." But I like to use the word in the way many people do, which is to describe someone who is worth what they get paid to do. And that describes Mason in a dead-on fashion. Honest? Refreshingly so. He didn't try to buy our listing, and he clearly laid out our options for our previously-rented townhouse, which needed considerable cleanup work: sell in its current shape for a price on the low end of the market, or spend some money and move the property up to the higher end. We took the second option (which absolutely paid off), and were helped in every step of the process by Mason. He provided helpful direction when needed; was timely in his responses; kept us informed of progress; and pushed on the other parties involved when necessary. But always with good humor and politeness that verged on the "Is he really this nice or is there something we're missing here?" level. (If we were missing something, we still don't know what it is. He appears to be a genuinely nice person, although in no way a pushover.) It's probably not possible to make a real estate transaction into something fun, particularly selling. But it's certainly possible to make it painful and tiresome. And, as we found this time around, it's also possible to make the process quite close to painless. As someone who's been involved in the hiring of many dozens of people over the years, as part of hiring teams, the question always came down to "Yes or no." Sometimes making that call was practically agonizing. But when we got a candidate the quality of Mason, there was always a unanimous "Yes" that went around the table. So if anyone's asking whether to talk to Mason about utilizing his services as a realtor, take this as a definite "Yes." (I'd add an exclamation point but I don't like using them.) read more

Mason is a great real estate agent: knowledgable, patient, calm, and persistent. He worked hard with us for over 5 months as we tried to find just the right home, and eventually we were successful. Without his guidance we would never have held firm to find this house. My spouse and I were recommended to Mason through our mortgage broker and could not have been happier. As first time homebuyers with lots of questions, Mason was incredibly patient with us at his office, when viewing a potential home or even just whenever he happened to check his e-mail. Going into our search, we had very specific budgetary, neighborhood, and size needs. Mason truly did listen to our needs and reminded us throughout the process what those needs were when we occassionally got sidetracked and was always on top of the newest houses going up on the market; often getting us in to view homes as soon as they were available for walkthroughs. Throughout the process, we always felt that Mason was honest with us in pointing out which homes were underpriced/overpriced, where there was hidden value in a home that the selling agent hadn't listed, and if he felt that the home was the right place for us. While we're in no rush to move out of our wonderful new home, we can't wait to come back to Mason for our next search. read more
