Unfortunately, we had already signed up and paid their $150 initial fee. When we realized and tried to cancel, we could only reach an AI call system. The response we received was "no refunds," even though no service was ever performed. We asked again and the reply was essentially that they didn't care. We've never been able to reach a live person, and we're simply out $150. In my experience, this is a poor way to treat new customers. Beware before giving them your money -- once they have it, you will not get it back.

At 9 am we sent them a text and then an email about 9:15. We finally received a phone call about 9:45 saying they had truck issues, but they were still coming. At that point we told them don't bother. We hung up and immediately noticed in our back yard 2 people (from Yoder's) were in our back yard. After chatting with them we were told they had been scheduled for 2 jobs today at 8 am. Mind you no one bothered to call us and tell us they had double booked their crew (we would have understood realizing mistakes happen).
