Terry's tree service truck and large trailer are parked blocking one lane of the street in front of my house. They are also blocking the curb. My gutter is full of oak pollan. I couldn't find the tree workers to move it before the street sweeper came by. When a worker did show up he apologized then walked away without moving his truck. He was also in a zone posted no parking during school hours. This was about 11am to 12:30. read more

Awesome service! Let me start with we've been in this home 32 years and had a lot of tree service. I have not been completely happy with anyone until today. First time using Terry's and I can tell you they are truly professionals. Fernando Tarque and his team were on time and all work carried out safely and completely. Their equipment is top of the line as are the employees. In addition to hard workers they were all very friendly and had time to answer all my questions. Terry's Tree Service worked on my trees while I was home, and they did a fantastic job. Several times I was asked to look at the job be completed to make sure it was of my approval. It most definitely was. They arrived on time, worked efficiently for approximately 4 hours and cleaned up all debris. I wrote a check for the amount of invoice. Megan, office manager, assisted me several times throughout the initial scheduling process. I had to make a few changes in the date of work, and they were extremely gracious and accommodating. Terry's trees. I had used them in the past ..next door neighbor set up a trimming of my tree.hanging over my side. The job was complete several days later the neighbor called Terry's trees back .I heard the neighbor yell at the tree cutter..I don't care if you are not supposed to cut it..just cut it...I gave pictures. And I heard it with my own ears Next.. Terry trees contracted to trim my tree on my side. And branches hangover the neighbors area..my tree.. During the trim..the neighbor..yelled at the trimmer..and the trimmer stopped the job .refusing to cut anything that may fall to the other side So to review Terry's trees came they cut my tree from a neighbor's side when they were paid to come back to cut my tree on my side ..branches that were hanging over that are liabilities .they refused to do so.. When they left I thought they finished the job I walked around the day after and realized how they didn't finish the job and now they're refusing to come back to finish the job. So no credit ..job not completed.. There's no zero star but I'll go with a one star. They had no problem cashing my check though. They had no problem cashing my check though. read more

Late last night a large branch fell from a pine in the front yard of my rental property in Concord. I called Terry's Tree Service (who had pruned this tree a few years ago) to see if they could help. The person on the phone was polite, helpful and got Terry on the phone within a matter of minutes. Terry had a crew of at least 6 out to the house within 90 minutes. They cleaned all of the debris in my yard and my neighbor's yard and pruned the heavy branches. The front area was spotless when they left. Heroes in my heart, as my daughter, son-in-law and my darling granddaughter live in this home. Their safety and the safety of my neighbors is my number once concern. I had two magnolia trees taken down which went fairly well but the stump grinding tore up my irrigation system. If the operator had told me that this might happen I would have elected not to proceed with the stump grinding. They do have a disclaimer in the contract that this sort of damage is not covered but if you do this for a living then you should be aware and alert the homeowner of the risk. read more

I was so happy that I chose Terry's Tree Service to come remove 2 trees from my backyard, one being a huge ficus tree with roots galore. They arrived on time and promptly got started. There were 3 workers and all were clean, friendly and very professional. No foul language. They expertly climbed, cut, and removed the trees. All working together like a well oiled machine. I contacted Terry's tree service because I liked the work they did on the trees in one of my neighbor's yard.. They sent an arborist to do the estimate and he made helpful suggestions about what was best for the health and look of the trees in my yard. Their estimate was very reasonable. They were able to tell me exactly when they would be there and called 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know they were coming. The men they sent to do the work were friendly helpful and very polite. The work they did on my trees was above and beyond my expectations. The clean-up after was also above and beyond.all expectations. I am so pleased with this company and I highly recommend them. I will never use another tree service. read more
