What an amazing team! I agree with a previous reviewer that said "I would give this company 100 stars if I could". Efficient, professional, prompt, hard working and thorough. Our fishtail palms trees and other palms went from extremely overgrown and shabby to manicured. I highly recommend On Demand Tree Service. read more

I would give this company 100 stars if I could. Of all the tree companies I got quotes from they were the lowest. They took out a massive oak tree in my backyard in 6 hours. They cleaned up everything like they were never there minus a dangerous oak tree. I highly recommend this company. read more

Rude. Threatened to put a lean on my house 3 days after working and before sending me a bill.

I contacted On Demand for an estimate on removing a large 140 year old live oak which had fallen in my yard. I was told that I was in luck, as their estimator was in my area that day and would stop by. Chirp, chirp.....do you hear the crickets? No estimator ever showed up, I got zero phone call from their estimator Or their office. They failed the basic customer service test, which is inform the customer. read more

Thoroughly impressed with this operation. Friendly work crew with great attitudes and hard workers. We had a difficult tree to remove and they did an exceptional job. We would highly recommend them! read more

On Demand was able to help us very quickly for 2 heavy pine tree branches dangling loosely from the tree over our driveway and front yard. They were quick and efficient and the price was reasonable. read more

Super fast quote and got the work scheduled to remove some trees. Others would've taken a few weeks, these guys got it done just a few days after the estimate read more

I chose On Demand Tree Service for several reasons. 1. All of the positive remarks from previous customers. 2. How fast Mike the owner came out to give me a price. 3. The price was very reasonable. 4. How fast he could get give me a date to get my work done. All of the workers were so polite, fast and cleaned up after themselves. Once everything was finished they had me come out to check and make sure I was happy or if I needed any more branches to come down. They'd step back look at my two oak trees to make sure they were even and then come back and take a few more down. Mike was on site almost the whole time and when he had to leave to meet another customer for a quote, his brother would be here, which he introduced me to in case I had an issue. I even had a tree removed and the stump grinned down, which they hauled all of the mess away. I'd HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and I'll be using them again in the near future for trees in my backyard. Thank you Mike and your crew of Men. read more

I have lived in Florida for over 20 years and have needed a good tree service more than once. I finally found the good guys. Mike is terrific and crew is awesome. Fast, professional, attentive to details and all at a great price. It seemed like a massive job that I would never be able to clean up. No worries. They cleaned up everything beautifully. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you On Demand! read more

I had incredibly fast work done with this company for removing and stump grinding 2 large oaks, a dead jacaranda tree, as well as pruning and hedging overgrown vegetation on a double lot. I posted a review on another site and decided to hire them again to rejuvenate my lawn and plant a new jacaranda as per county code. I couldn't be more impressed with Paige's responsiveness and Mike's flexibility. He gave me landscaping ideas and was willing to work outside of regular business hours to accommodate my project. He poured more resources into my project than originally anticipated but refused to charge extra for it. Mike is an honorable man and this is an A+ company! read more

I contacted Paige and requested a quote to remove a large Oak tree. The owner, Jimmy, responded quickly and gave me a quote that no one could beat. They showed up right on time, the day that the work was scheduled, and three hours later the three was down and gone. Not only did they remove the tree and grind down the stump, but they blew all of the leaves off of my roof, out of my flowerbeds and raked the lawn without being asked. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time calling other tree service companies. You cannot go wrong with On Demand! Thanks for a job well done. read more

Their service was fantastic! They arrived on time, with crew and equipment and got the job done in an incredible amount of time! They were courteous and professional and left our yard neater then when they started..I would highly recommend Mike and his crew for any tree removal needs. Paige was the behind scenes person getting us scheduled promptly. This whole team is amazing! You won't be disappointed. read more

Mike and his guys did a fantastic job on two of my properties. Arrived on time and did above and beyond what was asked. I highly recommend this company! Thank you read more

Mike and team performed a palm-removal operation today and they did an excellent job a a very reasonable price. After the estimate, they did the job the next day. Outstanding! I will definitely call them again for future service. read more

Fantastic, fast, easy to communicate with, they cleaned up everything perfectly. And I had a huge amount of trees trimmed or removed. Highly recommend! read more

From the initial call to schedule an estimate to the completion of the job, doing business with Mike and his team was a total pleasure. Mike met with me just a couple of days after my initial call and when I called the office to schedule the work, they scheduled the job for the following Monday (which happened to be Memorial Day). The team showed up on Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. and they worked steadily until after noon when the job was complete. I don't have enough space to tell you what a fantastic job they did but every single member of the crew was professional and hard working! They checked with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction and they left the yard in much better shape than it was in when they started. I highly recommend this company and could not be more pleased with the service I received. read more

The tree specialists Mike and his team was prompt, fastidious, and did exactly what he said he would during the quoting process. His work was some of the best shaping I have had done before as well as they cleaned up all mess as if he was never there. I will be using him for all my tree needs going forward. read more

Very good price and fast service. Mike did not give me the run-around or try to bamboozle me to inflate the cost as I felt other companies did when quoting the job. They worked me in the schedule at the last minute, and the crew was not only early, but also conducted themselves professionally during the job. They made short work of the giant tree we were afraid would come down on the neighbor's house, despite the inconvenience of the tree's location and the hassle of power lines needing to be disconnected. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat, and will recommend them to anyone needing tree work done. read more

Mike is so professional. I was blown away at that - he was on time for estimate - even called to tell me he was on his way. Gave me a no hassle no haggle estimate written on the spot. Although this sounds like normal stuff- you'd be surprised at how few businesses do these things. The entire crew take pride in their work. They are all curteous and super respectful of your property. They want you to be happy with their service, which is why they go above and beyond. Such a great experience. Will def. hire again in a heartbeat! Work was done quickly and efficiently and it looks great! Well done! I also appreciate that Mike and his brother were always around during the work incase I had questions. Really pleasurable experience all around! read more

Well, I can't imagine a better tree service experience. Mike came out (exactly on time) on a Thursday to give a (very fair) quote and the team returned (exactly on time) Monday morning to do the job. They took out two trees in power lines and trimmed over a dozen palms. The team was very professional. Everybody had their role and filled it well. The man with the chainsaw seemed extremely competent, the crew cleaning up was thorough (removing waste, raking, and blowing debris), and Mike was there the whole time helping out, overseeing, and checking in with me to make sure it was what I wanted. I'm not surprised that all of their reviews are so positive because they simply do their job very well. They have the equipment to get a job done efficiently and the hard work ethic to get it done right. I highly recommend their service! read more

Mo came out to give me an estimate last week on 2 oak trees that needed work to them. We talked about what I wanted done. He told we won't leave till I'm satisfied with the work. On demand came out yesterday to do the work. Everyone is professional and kind. Came out to see the end product, they are best! I will only use them for my tree work. Mo and his brother Mike are very good people who care about their work, it's hard to find people like that. I've used 3 tree services before using them and it's never easy. On demand was easy and pain free to deal with. read more

5 stars isn't enough, they deserve 10********** These guy were great! Professional, knowledgeable, prompt, diligent is how I would describe them. They were early to the project, got the job done, and didn't leave a mess behind. They totally went above and beyond the call of duty. The price is very fair. My neighbor even asked them to give her a quote for cutting down her trees and was very happy about the quote she received as well. They have all the proper equipment to get the job done. All of the employees are soooo nice too. They answered any questions I had. No need to consider another tree company, these guys are the way to go, without a doubt! :-) A big thank you to the entire staff for all you did. read more

Prompt, courteous, and effective. Mike and his team did a wonderful job on our property. They were fast and did a great job cleaning up after all the trimming as well. I had several choices from Yelp and was so glad that we chose On Demand. Another place with good reviews actually never answered the phone. That won't happen with On Demand. Great team! read more

Heads up, these Guys are crooks. I had a terrible experience with On Demand Tree Service. They will damage your property (they created several thousands of dollars in damages on my property from a simple stump removal) and provide not much more than lip service as reimbursement. I cannot believe they actually are still in business. Steer clear of these jokers. They are not honest or competent and exercise poor judgement. read more

This is quite a crew. Mike and Mo are really serious about getting your business and receiving 5 stars when they are done. They are polite, respectful and professional in attitude. The crew could move mountains I think. Hardest working guys I have ever seen. They cleaned up beautifully after doing the fastest work on a 40 foot maple. Incredible. And the best of all estimates I received. I would hire no one else. Thank you for a terrific experience. read more
