Never was I given a written estimate for any of the work. The soffit not only was not repaired, it was made worse by the power washing, which also dislodged a small panel near the damaged soffit area. I then received an invoice/receipt for $175 for the power washing. I was then told that several soffit panels needed replacing and the cost would be an additional $100 because the material had to be gotten from a supplier in Bradenton and there was travel time and fuel costs involved. Yet the material was readily available at the Home Depot less than a mile from my house. I let Millers go and said I would post a negative review on Yelp. The response from Miller was to threaten a lawsuit of I posted a negative review. Avoid this firm.
