Examination of our .5-acre property revealed other trees in poor condition, plus some other large banana trees that we wished removed. Jimmi came out and spend a good amount of time going over our needs and explaining the process; Cody and the crew did a great job of taking down the trees, trimming some problematic branches on remaining trees, and removing debris. It was quite inspiring to see these professionals making quick work of our problems, and I'm glad I don't have to worry about the next big storm crashing one of my trees into our own house or that of a neighbor. His crew also ground down all the stumps and was gracious enough to also grind out the stump of a tree removed previously. It was a lot of work, but well worth the cost. Where to start, jason most recently,took away PART of a fallen down pine tree from my next door…read moreneighbors roof and yard and had his crew trespass without my permission by rolling giant cut up logs onto my PROPERTY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION from Milton against florida law.He also left the tree base,giant stump,5 ft.deep hole and a large section on the tree attached. He fabricated a story to the client/neighbors that "he or she,only had to cut down the part where the storm hit the tree"..which is not true.The storm,milton,uprooted the tree with 125mph winds as evidenced in many photos taken.He has no regard for conscience or others property.He formerly desecrated my backyard when Ian hit upon removing a large maple tree and never offered to put sod,plugs or do-anything to make it right.The HOA in my neighborhood talked with him about this,and I was told that "he took my situation personally and got loud and aggressive"toward the board member who spoke with him.Unfortunately,my HOA has told me "they aren't responsible for tree issues".So the parts of my neighbors tree are still laying ,now,blocking my pool cage and the tree stump,lays sideways, exposing a 5 to 6 ft.deep hole(which is on the neighbors house in BACK of my home).This will obviously end up in court.If you want litigation, then he is the company for you.

Fall from grace.....Unfortunately, I have to update my review of this company to reflect my most…read morerecent interaction. After my first experience, I didn't hesitate to reach back out to James again when I needed work done EXCEPT this time James didn't finish the job, left the property a mess, and is now unreachable. May 15th: I had to leave the job site early but before leaving James approached me to pay for the job in full via Square so he could build credit with the company for loans. I had no issue paying him as he had completed the last job without issue. James also asked if I could have my neighbors pay via square which I said I would help with, if needed as they are not tech savvy. We discussed another job for him before I left that day. James assured me he would be removing the shefflera and oak and hauling it away before the day's end as they were also simultaneously working on my neighbor's property as well (jobs I got for him). May 17th: James comes by the next potential job site I was offering him. I gave him a few cold Cokes and allowed him to go through the shed and take items that him/his company could use. Shortly after the appraisal I started to receive complaints about the pond (my initial job) not being completed. May 19th: James reached out to see about moving forward with the next job however he hadn't finished the original job. He mentioned spotting a 2-3ft baby gator. May 20th: I returned to the property and the oak was still there in large sections. I had to locate James up the road on job site number 4 to ask when he would be finishing my property which was started on the first day (May 15th) and to let him know that shoes, socks, and my neighbor's shovel, which they borrowed for the job was at the house. I informed him of the empty Gatorade, styrofoam cups, and water bottles strewn about the yard that I had to pick up. James and his worker started arguing over it. Jame's worker told me I've been nothing but kind to them (buying them cold drinks, lunch, and tipping them on past jobs) and he will see to it that my property is finished before days end. I told them if they are reluctant because of the baby alligator I would stand in the water (only a few feet deep) and guard the men while they work. He said it wasn't necessary. Trusting his word I left. My neighbors later called and let me know they didn't touch my yard. James told me via text that he would be there on Friday (May 22nd) May 22nd: I show up early to unlock the gates head to an apt then come back to wait. By 1pm no James. I text him and his reply "I'm gunna be honest with you I'm exhausted, we need the day off, we'll be there tomorrow between 12-2" followed by "I will return". If he knew he wasn't coming a text earlier would have been polite so I didn't sit waiting on someone who isn't knowingly showing up. I informed the tenant of James's coming on Saturday so he could make arrangements with his vehicle as they would need the driveway, lock up, and head home. Saturday May 23rd I head to the property, unlock the gates, wait, wait, and wait.....dejavu... No James. After 2pm I sent him a message except this time there was no reply. I have since tried to call and text James multiple times to no avail. He is intentionally dodging my calls/texts as he replied to other texts for new work which lets me know he has little to no intent on finishing the job and likely blocked me altogether as my messages are no longer showing delivered. If I do not hear back by next week I will have someone finish the job he walked away from as I have many people depending on me for the completion of the project. James has not only inconvenienced me with his no-shows but also let my tenant and neighbors down who are depending on the completion of this work. I will no longer use and/or refer to James as I will likely have to prepare for legal action for breach of contract. Be careful if using this company as James has no integrity and will take your payment in full and walk away without guilt or remorse. Shady con artist. James lost a loyal customer.

Since the hurricane did so much damage, many places don't care about your business because they have so much right now. But Adam was so courteous and set the appointment for the first available. I sent him pictures and he sent me a price. And he was very reasonable. His worker Mike was not only on time but actually arrived early. He was so accommodating and polite. I walked him around to show him what to do. He went to work and made sure he cleaned up any mess. They came with state of the art remote equipment. He had to work around a sprinkler system and pool plumbing. He was very careful. I very highly recommend this business!!
