We were looking for them to come out and check the entire system and fix any sprinkler heads that might be damaged. They came out in 2 days and replaced 2 sprinkler heads for us and exchanged one type for another type because the original sprinkler head was hitting our bathroom window which left calcium deposits on the window. Two gentlemen that came out took care of everything including signing us up for maintenance 3 times a year. I can't say enough about this company and their customer service. Turns out their phone system had gone belly up, and when I finally got through by email, Jenn took over and I have nothing but the finest "kid glove" treatment since then. New phone system too. One of the owners came to the house to inspect, and we went from there. New shrubs ordered and will be installed/planted on Tuesday. If I knew how to delete my negative review on Yelp, I would.
