They returned my call at 8. They asked me the issue, year, make, and model. He diagnosed the issue faster than Click and Clack on Car Talk. He bought the part. I had to prepay for that but no big deal. He showed up right on time and had the whole thing fixed in about 15 minutes. Best car repair experience you could have if you're broken down or can't get to a repair shop without a tow.

They did a simple transmission flush. I didn't have to move the car, he was able to work around in my garage easily. Afterwards, he explained their other services and what to do if my transmission ever became a serious problem. They did charge me an additional $75 to come to Parkville, But I thought it was worth it since I didn't have to drive to my usual mechanic and wait for them to finish the job. He saved me about a day's worth of waiting and driving.

I tried to strike up some small talk with the owner sitting on the sofa in their waiting area but he never said hello or spoke to me. When the work was done 15 minutes later (a foot-long piece of pipe welded) the charge was $150 and as I pulled out my credit card they told me cash only! so my husband had to come over with some extra extra cash. They never apologized for not telling me about the cash only policy nor did they offer me a bottle of water on that very hot day I stood in the heat waiting for my husband to. I'm sure the work Enrique did was satisfactory but I have never been treated so rudely and would not recommend this place.

My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.

Went here for a routine inspection. they said it would take 30 minutes or so. after a 90 minute…read morewait, they said "welllll there's a couple things we need to get taken care of before you can get passed" and slid me over an $1800 quote. the actual reason for failing the inspection is completely vague "excessive play" with no accompanying measurements. it appears strongly to me as a grift as I took it to a second mechanic who promptly passed the inspection the very next day. I got an inspection done, titling and tags installed on the car in less time than waiting for what clearly appears to be a grift here. I wouldn't even take my cars here now for air in the tires.

April and her staff did an excellent job with calls to give me an estimate, confirm diagnosis, search alternative suppliers to lower cost, estimate when work would be done etc. They are friendly, efficient and COMPETENT! The work was finished sooner than promised, cost was less than the original estimate (and less than other shops estimates), and best of all the truck ran great from the start!
