Tried to charge me more even after they provided the total cost. Who does that? Pretty shady. Not going back. New clients beware.

I visited this office as a referral for a tooth infection - I need a root canal. I have been…read moredealing with this pain and infection for 15 days and made that clear. They insisted that I first do a consult ( basically to bill my insurance) no problem. I came in with my face swollen from the infection. He did his consult and looked me in the face and said it will take about two weeks before I can get treated. I am here as an emergency referral and you expect me to wait two more weeks?! The infection is literally in my nerve, I call my insurance and they assure me that for a root canal they do not need an authorization as this is a medical emergency, they call the office with me on the line and also explain that ... office said they prefer to do the authorization. That is insane to me. But best of luck being a doctor and not caring about people.

I went there for two root canal procedures. There were a total of 4 appointments. The first 3 were…read morevery good. Dr. Smiley was considerate and careful and made sure I felt no pain, and he delivered. However, for the last appointment, Dr. Smiley must have been in a bad mood because he worked on the final root canal while barely numbing the area he was working on. I jumped out of my chair in pain but he didn't seem to care. After it was over, he returned to his office without saying a word. What happened? I was in so much pain. After a couple of months, the pain in the area he worked on started coming back. And it continued to bleed. Maybe I misinterpreted his attitude that day, but the teeth that he worked on didn't heal and it feels like I still have the root canal or cavities.

Due to my recent dental changes with my insurance plan, I found this location and was EXTREMELY…read morehappy! The X-ray equipment was super easy and high-tech. The staff was great to deal with and quite helpful. The doctor and dental hygienist were cool and made my experience very easy. I am not one that likes the dentist chair, and being that this was my first time the hygienist made me feel at ease. What made it even better, was the GREAT work she did. She cleaned my teeth like never before. AND, the best part was NO BLOOD! Yes, no bleeding from the cleaning. I was quite happy with this experience. Plenty of parking spots, and the waiting room isn't too bad.

When the insurance information did not transfer to this new office, an hour passed by to rectify the issue. So in turn, with understanding I passed my noon appointment as others went ahead. However, by 1pm I was taken into the room to take a series of xrays. Once finished i remained in another room and had a cleaning. It was now 2pm. I still had yet to see the doctor. I went in mind you for severe pain in my gum above a tooth. As time passed, it was now 245pm and still no dentist. I finally got up from the chair and exclaimed, I have to go. The doctor said she was in the middle of a surgery. So, why keep people waiting 3 hours. Acknowledge me and tell me so I dont sit there for hours. Then I was told to reschedule. They wanted to give me 2 days later.!seriously for pain. So I was told to fill a prescription when the doctor had not even seen me yet. Further why would I wait 2 days. So I was told the dentist would call me and review the xrays with me over the phone. Guess what? A day later and I am still waiting on this call. Horrible. Just Horrible. I could be dead and they completely ignore their patients. Further waiting 3 hours for a dentist is insane. Horrible experience.
