I had a Groupon and made an appointment. I never know what I want to do with my hair...I just go in when I think it's too long. Then, I tell the stylist to do whatever will look good on my head. When I did this with Alicia, she suggested an inverse bob. She did a great job, so when I went back today, I said she could do whatever she wanted or a shorter version (for summer) of my last haircut. She did the reverse bob again and I deferred to her judgment on the bangs and the back - she said people don't usually commit to the full layering in the back. I told her to go for it because I trust her. I got another great haircut and with shampoo, it was only $25. No one tried to sell me hair products. An older gentleman, maybe the owner, said, at the end of my haircut, "Are you Rebecca?" I said yes and he told me it was a beautiful haircut. He had been cutting someone's hair the whole time and I thought it was very sweet that he took the time to say hi and remembered my name. This is a very nice, small, friendly place. They have cute metal sign over the nail polish that says, "Finger Paints."

They have 2 female hairdressers and 2 male. All four are great. Place is clean and well managed and can't beat the prices Andrew charges here. They always offer customers beverages or something to snack on while you are here. Normally do not need call ahead unless you want someone specific.

Of course, any change of color cant happen in one session, but after just my first appointment my hair already looks so much closer to my natural color. Basically, the result was good but I wasn't really comfortable here to be completely honest. I did make an appointment a few years ago (I don't remember who did my hair) and had my hair colored and it was a really risky color change so it wasn't her fault at all, but I ended up going back and getting it fixed and they were really nice about it and the stylist was really friendly as well.

I went in for a color test strips and Bella stated the color was lifting very well so an appointment was scheduled for 12/27/24. I arrived today excited for my appointment to begin the color removal and Bella tells me there was a call off of another colorist and I said no problem at all. I sit in the chair and Bella as she did when I first met her starts again with issues - not a positive word left this child's lips - I said I did not like the rusty orange color in the picture she showed me. As she literally raised her voice and became argumentative with me I AGAIN asked her if she felt she was capable of doing this as I did the first time I met her and she starts saying I don't think what I do is going to make you happy... She acted like a spoiled gen Z child getting loud and insulting, I took the cape off and got up from the chair and she yells "give me my towel!" THEN PROCEEDS TO SNATCH THE DAMN TOWEL OFF OF MY NECK!!! It was made clear that Bella does not have the experience, talent, or maturity to provide any kind of services to the public. As for her grandfather who said NOTHING and allowed his granddaughter to behave in such a way shows his lack of professionalism as well let her destroy his legacy. Salon was filthy owner was awful. Do believe the bad reviews, I didn't and I'm paying for it. Also do read the terms and conditions on her website because what it means is that you can sit in a chair and she can claim she cut your hair and there is nothing you can do but pay up.
