Despite the owner saying he had 4 guys that was going to start working on it and it would be done in an hour and a half, I had my doubts that they were going to be done in time for me to make an appointment I had. When I asked for availability to reschedule, the owner stated "I am open". Thinking I wanted to avoid another delay like my first appointment, I took the first morning appointment - 9 am. I returned two days later. When I arrived, I was told by one of the staff that the rest of the staff typically starts showing up about 9:20 and everyone should be there by 10 am. I went to the Dodge dealership to wait in a clean, warm waiting room. I walked back to the facility at 11:30 am, there my car sits in the parking lot, untouched. When I walked in, the owner was there and asked for my keys. I told him that the car had been there since 9 am. When I became upset, the owner started yelling at me and stated "this is why I ask people to drop off so they aren't bothering me". He kept saying they would have it done in an hour and a half. I asked why I dropped the car off 2.5 hours ago if they were going to start working on it. The owner got mad and offered just to give my money back. I told him that I have now wasted 5 hours of my time, so I just needed him to get it done. I should have taken the money - the work is below average.
