I called Joe on multiple occasions, he kept saying it was coming well it never did. Even claimed he sent it certified. I kept calling and eventually he ignored my calls all together. I would never go back here and I'd advise any one who mentions this place to do the same. Joe can say whatever he would like but nothing will make this situation justified. No good business owner would refuse to return some ones money and keep the part too.

My bumper was fixed, painted, and buffed but it was done very unprofessional and lazily. The bumper and fender was left with buffing streaks all over to which they responded to just wipe with a rag. They didn't bother to cover the rest of the truck when painting, and I was left with paint splatters all over my windshield, doors, and hood. When I called they said to run it through a car wash, but it didn't work. When I took it back they told me they couldn't do anything and to take it to a detailer. They stated that they didn't do detailing services there and I asked how they buffed the bumper and fender when fixed and left it with streaks in the first place if they didn't detail, but they didn't have an answer. The whole staff was very rude after I received my car. Seems like they just wanted to milk the insurance for as much money they could and be done with it, but didn't care about customer satisfaction. Had it done while I was working from home so couldn't do a complete check but did find spots still on the seats that I had them take care of and commented that seats seemed very dry. Asked if they shampooed them. They said yes. When I was able to thoroughly check it, I could still see some spots on the seats. I grabbed my Bissel spot cleaner and did the front passenger seat. One of the pictures is what came out. How did they shampoo it and I still get all that out?!? The seats had to be only surface cleaned at best!! The windows were not good. Edges not done, trim around window not wiped, streaks. This seemed like a basic value cleaning that should have cost maybe $150. I contacted DETAIL.com and reported the issue. Asked for a RE-DO. They came back and offered me a $50 refund and a RE-DO was not possible. What a joke!! Never use DETAIL.COM!!
