    I have been a customer for some time. Never had an issue until now. I called to have my septic tank…read moremy pumped the appointment was on 10/28/25. The guy who came out did a very poor job. He came out didn't have the necessary tools to do a complete pump. Told me he pumped out 900 gallons. He barely took anything out of the tank it looked to be 3/4 full when he told me he couldn't get anything else out. Called and spoke to Diane the owner she told me that the driver probably didn't have water to backwash the tank. She told me that they would be back out to finish the following Tuesday Nov 4, 2025. I called Prince of Pools November 3 2025 to confirm that they would be out. I was told by the woman who answered the phone no name given that she would check and get back to me. Waited all day no return phone call. Decided to call another septic company to come out and pump the tank. They came out right away and pumped the tank right to the bottom. Total gallons removed was 1000 gallons. My septic tank is only about a 1000 gallons. I also asked Diane if she would send someone out to give me an estimate on a new system as mine is old and in need of replacement. She said she would check the schedule and get back to me. Still nothing! Not the same quality that I used to receive.

I have to say the entire process from the initial phone call to the payment was seamless and a completely pleasant experience. The pricing was fair and the work was way above and beyond what anyone can ask for. Communication was clear and constant throughout. There were no hidden fees, up-charging, up-selling nor out of the blue surprises, NO BULLSHIT - PERIOD. Every step was clearly explained and outlined. They went the extra mile at every step to ensure the work was done correctly and efficiently at the miminal expense to us. Services provided were ; 2 pump-outs, replacement and repair of a faulty/broken pipe, and eventually the replacement of a damaged riser and lid/cover. They arrive early as promised and worked straight through until the work was completed. They work neatly and respectful of the property. Dealing with Joe and his amazing mother Dianne left us so thankful we were blessed to have had them working with us. We avoided the nightmare experiences I'd been reading on numerous reviews from so many competitor companies. You will not be disappointed. This is a family owned and operated business with a focus on integrity and excellence, not money and volume. Thank you to the Prince (and the Queen) of Pools!

Kim recommended the replacement of our sewer line which was done professionally and In only about half a day. I'm glad we replaced our line before we had a backup.     I was assigned this company through a Rheem water heater warranty. When the tech arrived, he…read morenoticed flooding in my crawl space in addition to the water heater issue. He was very nice and shut off the water to the home. Take a bunch of pictures of the crawl space and told me.I would be cold later with an estimate for the broken pipes. I didn't hear anything , so I called the office later on and was told by the woman who answered the phone to call my insurance company and make sure that I had water line coverage and if I did not to make sure to add it , but not tell them that I had any problems. And she said to get the maximum. I didn't hear back from Her that day. I could not call the insurance company.Because it was president day. The next morning , I called and left them a message , and it was not returned. Tuesday afternoon , I called back , and the owner answered. I asked when the part is arriving for the water heater. She told me that I had to get the pipes fix first I told her they were fixed. She did not believe me. Which is irrelevant?Because once they left my house , they should have ordered the parts for the water heater. She seemed a little mad that she didn't get the whole job. At that point I called Rheem. I told them what happened and they expedited the part out to me. I also asked for a different service provider. Unfortunately , they connected me with the same company. I called friday morning when I received the part to see when they can come and install it. I was told not until at least monday. I have been without hot water for over a week. When I expressed that this was a concern , she became quite nasty , told me how I was stupid and laughed. So I got off the phone with her and called Rheem back told them the situation and they told me I can hire a licensed plumber and they would either pay the invoice or pay me back. It was done by this this afternoon. I cannot tell you the quality of their work. The young man who came to my home was very nice and very helpful. My issue is with the woman in the office. Very rude. Very unprofessional. And it was obvious when she told me to get the maximum coverage that she was going to overcharge. And the most interesting part of this interaction is that , after this , I put a review for the company , stating exactly what I wrote here. I get a phone call from the same woman, but not from an office line.She has a very distinct voice. And she says , are we supposed to be installing a water to heater for you without mentioning a company name or anything else. I guess she thought I would say yes and tell her who I was using. But obviously I recognized her voice and the job was already done and I wouldn't do business with her at this point.So I said no thank you. How response was well , i'm going to do to you what you did to us. To me , that sounds like a direct threat. And that is why I am purposely posting this review on Yelp.In addition to on their company page. Beware. And if you comb through all the reviews , you'll see the same issues over and over. Nasty and i'm professional and overcharge , or mentioned over and over
