Last time I visited my chiropractor, she advised me that Kelly Hawkins offers vertigo treatments. 6 months later and here I am trying their therapy for vertigo. At first, I didn't know what to expect. The therapist was great though. He listened to me and was very patient. He explained a lot of his techniques which I liked. I did ask the young ladies at the front desk if they had a pool. This location does not have a pool. They do have that a traction machine and They Also offer dry needling.

I won't go into detail here. I did catch her name tag, Cecilia. I also noted that the other receptionist looked incredibly young. The other girl looked incredibly uncomfortable as Cecilia started to mention graphic detail openly. I was so uncomfortable for this poor girl. I can't believe this company openly keeps someone like this that is the face of the company when you first walk in. Never is there a professional setting you should talk about your sexual life and preferences. I do hope this is addressed with HR and she is held accountable. However, now that I am a senior with a medicare advantage plan, and the Orthopaedic Institute is a listed provider, I was denied services. I had a hand/wrist fracture, and when I called, the receptionist said that they didn't have a hand doctor in their practice. I was rather shocked to hear that when hand and wrist injuries are common. So if what she said was true, then don't bother calling them for help with hand/wrist problems. And if it's not true, then shame on their office for refusing service.
