Appointment was fine but make sure you check on the charges before the appointment. They charged $370 for an initial appointment which included nothing more than me filling out a health history, assistant taking my blood pressure, 10 minutes of electrical stimulation and a 3 minute adjustment by the doctor. Complete rip-off compared to all other chiropractors. Go somewhere else that doesn't charge such above market rates. read more

Dr. Day was helpful for some time after my car accident. He approached treatment with an open ear to the clients specific description of pain and went to work based on that info as necessary. During this time I was having trouble due to the after effects of the accident and having come from another chiropractor. Thanks to Dr. Day for not rushing treatments as can be common in the industry. He was also empathetic to the difficulties of dealing with insurance companies and that comes with the harmful injuries after a car accident. Dr. Day & his entire staff have been a lifesaver, when I called after getting into two car accidents, neither of which I was liable for, I was going through such a hard time that I felt deeply depressed & distressed & that there was no way I could possibly recover from what I had experienced. I switched to this chiropractic office from my other chiropractor who's really great simply because this office is five minutes from our house and the reviews about this office gave my husband and I hope. However, our first visit there we were seen by a substitute chiro that was filling in because the other doctor was out sick. This temporary chiropractor barely did anything to address what we went in for. Though we walked out feeling the same as we went in... in pain and frustrated, we still went back hoping for a better experience. Well, we recently went in again and the chiro. we saw was like a whirlwind. He didn't bother to look at the notes in the computer that his assistant comes in to discuss with you. He stormed in the room and started to use the electric activator. He doesn't allow you to speak. He speaks over you when you attempt to tell him what your complaints are and does not address any of the areas of pain that we went in for. Obviously, how could he? If he doesn't listen. I wasn't going to leave a review, but both my husband and I have been in more pain than before after spending money to get relief from this office. You can imagine the frustration! The only positive about this office is the staff is really nice. read more

Went into Dr. Day's office the other day with my spouse. English is not my wife's first language, so she asked me to go with her, into the exam room. When Day arrived, he asked several questions of my wife. Knowing she is a shy person for many years, I waited for her to reply, but she didn't explain fully. I began to speak, but, Day just acted as if I were not in the room. He is only a Chiropractor, but, he acts as if he is a Neurologist, preforming surgery or some kind of Big Deal... I asked my wife what she thought of him, and she replied, "He seemed rude to you..." I said, "Yeah, a bit of an arrogant attitude..." What so-called Doctor, doesn't encourage, a spouse to be involved? Just unprofessional..! We'll move on, and not return. His treatment was ineffective, and a waste of several hundred insurance $$$...
