My wife and I highly recommend Antelope Heating And Air. Excellent customer service, excellent quality of service, easy scheduling, respectable sense of urgency, competitively priced on both parts & labor, with great HV/AC knowledge & experience. Greg and James came to our home two weeks ago to diagnose the issues we have had with our AC for the last 2 years. They identified the issues and performed some much-needed cleaning of the primary & secondary AC drains, which included James going up a 20-foot ladder to blast out the secondary drain, wow! They gave us an estimate and full explanation of the repairs needed before they left. This weekend they came back to install the replacement AC components in the attic and in addition performed some long-overdue preventive maintenance of the outdoor AC components. The AC is working so good and it got so cold we had to turn the AC off, no embellishments! Greg and James are great professionals who provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend. After not having a/c for a month and landlord trying to have his handyman figure out the a/c issue, he finally called Antelope and they came out same day, got it working temporarily for the wknd since it was going to be very hot, came back first thing Monday morning to find the leak, which they did, and then came back to fix it. Greg and his team were great. It even required cutting a hole in my ceiling and putting in an access door, which he had and did a great job. I have been without AC for almost 2 weeks, had few others come out. One company swapped contactor, coil and condenser motor. wired the contactor wrong and installed the wrong type of contactor. Great service for an older residential A/C that suddenly stopped working. Best part was their honesty and that they did not try upsell anything. First off, Greg adjusted his schedule to fit me in. Best service ever. Called and had my heater serviced next morning. Greg was so fast and efficient.... Before Greg left he also gave me a heads up that he saw what he thought was a rodent in the attic. I thought it was odd because I've never seen any droppings but I appreciated him telling me. Throughout the day I realized Kevin, my cat was no where to be found. I called and searched and began to get upset. Then I wondered if Kevin had ran up in the attic when the men were working. I felt a little crazy but I called up Greg and asked if it could have possibly been a cat he saw. He really only saw movement and wasn't sure but without me even asking, Greg said he would come back and look. Greg came right over and sure enough Kevin was hiding in a far corner of the attic. He wasn't budging. Who would have thought a cat would have climbed up a ladder to go up the attic, but My mischievous feline found his way up without any of us seeing him. He is VERY sneaky. I thought I had put him in my room but like I said, he's sneaky. Greg swan through the installation the get my cat. He didn't have to do that. He didn't have to return to help me. It wasn't his fault. But he did. I am so thankful. Not only he quickly warm my house back up but he provided such wonderful friendly service that I really want to spread the word. Wow!! We contacted Antelope Heating and Air conditioning about replacing our entire HVAC system. We were given an accurate and fair estimate. The owner Greg came to our home and replaced all of our ductwork, replaced our AC unit and the furnace. He and his guys also changed our thermostat to a nest and took the extra time to help us install it on our phones and made sure we had no questions before he left. Don't know if 5 stars is enough!! Greg and his company Antelope Heating And Air Conditioning was recommended to me by a trusted source and I am so appreciative. I own a house that was built in 1986 and has 2 ac units and 2 furnaces. I knew they were getting tired and would likely fail in the not too distant future. My wife and I decided to take the plunge and replace everything. This is where Greg enters. After the initial contact Greg and his company made several trips to my house to inspect, plan and present several options, budgets and time frames. I truly believe a good decision cannot be made without good information. Greg provided all the necessary information for us to make the best choice for our needs and budget. After signing the contract the work proceeded just as Greg had promised. Because of where I live and the strict CCR's I feel created additional challenges. Bad customer service, came out to house to fix heat issue 3 times Left and still not resolved. My furnace to my HVAC will not stay lit. The service guy Tom came out 1st day said he clean flame sensor. And changed batteries to thermostat. The heater came on. Turned heater on next day still blowing out cold air. So he comes back out 2nd time. Goes straight to the roof where HVAC is located. He turns the heater on again comes down and says he forgot to clean another part of unit and that should fix it. Next day I turn heater on its still blowing cold air. Says it may be blower that's out but has to come back cause he doesn't have part. Next time he comes out says he tested blower and it's not blower but he can change thermostat. I informed him that I just got new thermostat less than a month ago. So goes back to roof. I go up with him to see what issue may be. Was hesitant to show me the flame sensor that he claimed he changed but when he finally took panel off flame sensor rod didn't look new. It look cleaned only. I'm pretty sure it's other parts that contribute to the furnace working but he refused to check those and said find somebody else. Very unprofessional. My air conditioning stopped working so I called and a friend and he referred me to these guys! They were absolutely amazing! I thought it would take a few days to get them to come out but they came out the same day to service my unit! They were fast, extremely knowledgeable, and most of all affordable. From the time I called and described my problem to the time they left they made me feel informed and reassured me the whole time that they would be able to take care of it without a problem.
