Every time we come in, they make us and our pets feel really comfortable and taken care of. Everyone is so kind, and great at explaining things without making it overwhelming. They've been especially amazing with our nervous, anxious babies, always patient, never rushed, and really good at creating a calm environment. And a huge shoutout to Kelly, the vet tech. She's the best, so patient, super caring, and always gives the most helpful information. She takes her time answering all our questions and genuinely cares about what she does, which really shows. We feel really lucky to have found them.

From the very beginning, Dr. Tanya and Dr. Vu approached his care with remarkable expertise, patience, and compassion, which immediately gave me confidence that Teddy was in the right hands. Both doctors are incredibly thoughtful and thorough. They take the time to carefully evaluate Teddy's condition, explain treatment options clearly, and ensure that every step of the process is handled with care and attention. Their dedication truly made a difference. After everything Teddy went through, he is now doing much better and finally feeling comfortable again. I also want to recognize the amazing technicians and front desk staff. They are always professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Every visit feels organized, supportive, and focused on the well-being of the animals. It is rare to find a veterinary team that combines medical excellence with such genuine compassion. I am deeply grateful for the care they have provided for Teddy, and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and attentive care for their pets.

After 1 year and no results we decided to look elsewhere. In the past three months we were able to get better results and are finally seeing improvements. Glucose levels went from the 300-700 range (crazy I know) to 149 and hope to get even better. I know it's unusual to hear about diabetes for your pet but I wanted to bring awareness to any other pawrents dealing with this, please go see Dr. Kang.

Idk why, but this dr doesn't care anymore and is a danger to animals. I want to scream at him for what he did. My cat was having issues so I took him in for a checkup. The checkup is 100$. I realized too late that this guy didn't even take my cats temperature or look in his mouth which they are SUPPOSED TO DO. If he had bothered to do that and not been a lazy jerk my cat might still be alive. I will never forgive you. I hope people take what I'm saying seriously and find another vet. My cat apparently had ulcers in his mouth and a severe tooth infection which would have been caught if he LOOKED IN HIS MOUTH FOR TWO SECONDS. Before this the first red flag that I saw happened and I should have listened to my gut and found someone else. My other cat is blind and does not / cannot groom herself very well. She is also aggressive, so the only time I can get her butt area completely shaved without her being stressed is when she's under for her teeth cleanings. This office agreed and promised me that they would do it. I told them I would find another office if they were uncomfortable because my cat needs this for her health, and they PROMISED. Even when I dropped her off I asked again and they said they made a note and again promised. When I went to pick her up they didn't do it. This made me worried they didn't even clean her teeth because they didn't even give me an update. They did remove a mole I asked them to, but how am I supposed to trust that they cleaned her teeth? Also, her butt hadn't been cleaned either and I had to cause her enormous stress doing it because of her aggression to being brushed / shaved. It might not sound like a big deal, but it is. That was absolutely not okay, but I decided everyone has off days and to continue to go to this dr. Never again. Keep your animals safe and find someone else.

I went to numerous Vets and while others were price gouging me, Silicon offered the BEST & HONEST quotes. Two years ago, my dog developed some masses on her chest and legs. As I stressed everyday about this, I finally decided to take my dog to Silicon Valley. I remember the day, it was a Sunday. Dr. Gahra gave me a great quote and even said he can remove them that same day. I said let's do this. Let me tell you, they really took care of my dog while she was in their hands. It's been 3 weeks since post op surgery and my dog is doing great! Can't express how thankful and happy I am with the end result. Her test results came back benign too! I definitely recommend this vet! Thank you again, Dr. Gahra & Melissa and the other young lady (who weighed Cher) who made this stressful time for me more pleasantly. Christina & Cher

Gave her some antibiotics and Furosemide. Sent me off with 3 other medications to start the next day. Unfortunately, when I got home she got worse. I took her straight to an emergency pet hospital where she sadly passed away. I understand that something could have been missed and with her condition and age anything could have happen. I called them the next day and let them know what happened. I kindly asked if they could at least refund me for the 3 medications I was not able to use, since my new vet bill was going to extremely higher. They refused and said there is nothing they can do. I guess keeping the money is worth more than having a heart. Rest in Peace Pixie!

As a veteran of the industry, Dr. Anderson has such a deep love, knowledge and sense for the animals... it's unmatched. Talking to him is like a warm hug. And the office manager Dima, actually gives you that warm hug when you need it the most. She made herself available around the clock -even on her days off - to get things back on track when my kitty got deathly sick with diabetes a few months ago. I can't tell you the peace of mind I felt when Dima stepped in with confident and knowledgeable support during such a vulnerable time. She continues to make herself available for any questions and concerns and to ensure patients receive the most accurate and attentive care. She IS a warm hug of a human!

Yesterday's experience was the final straw. Off the bat, just starts listing all these things my dog needs. He's telling me like 10 things at once--and I just needed to take my dog in for her annual so that they can refill her allergy medication. My POV is this doctor just tries to squeeze you dry any way possible. Feels like a dentist when they tell you need all these other procedures when you go in for a cavity. I'm definitely going to search for a new vet. Lmk if anyone has any recommendations.

I received a response offering an exam appointment (which I expected), along with the soonest available opening, but no information about pricing -- not even the cost of the exam itself. I replied asking for both the exam fee and availability. They responded by booking an appointment date and time, again without answering my question about pricing. I had to follow up a third time explaining that I needed to know the cost before confirming, and I was finally told the exam would be $60, which seemed reasonable. Since it was actually my brother's dog, I sent him to the appointment. After the visit, he was quoted $1,600-$2,000 for treatment, which was unfortunately out of his budget. While that happens and isn't necessarily the issue, I was disappointed to find out he had been charged $80 for the exam instead of the $60 I was originally told. When I reached out via text, they explained they "forgot" to apply the new client discount -- something that had never been mentioned to me beforehand. They offered either a refund or to apply the difference toward future services. Since we had already found another clinic that could do the same services for around $1,200, I asked for the $20 refund back to the card. After that, I never heard back. No confirmation of the refund, no apology for the overcharge, nothing. I understand veterinary care is expensive, and it's not their fault my brother is a broke college student. But basic customer service and communication go a long way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won't be returning or recommending this office.
