We recently hired Gutter Tuneup because our gutters were an absolute disaster. Not only were they…read moreseverely clogged from years of neglect and pine needles, but we also had a persistent leak and overflow issue near our front entryway that seemed impossible to fix. From the moment I contacted them, the experience was 5-star. They were responsive, easy to schedule, and confirmed the appointment the day before. The technician arrived right on time and was incredibly courteous and professional. What sets Gutter Tuneup apart is the quality of the work and their willingness to go above and beyond. They didn't just scoop out debris; they performed a full system inspection. They found a crucial misalignment issue on the back of the house that was causing the major leak. Instead of just cleaning and leaving, they fixed the pitch and sealed the joint on the spot, solving a problem that multiple other companies missed or ignored. The gutters now flow perfectly, even during heavy rain. They also did the best cleanup I've ever seen--absolutely no mess, leaves, or debris were left on my lawn, deck, or driveway. They treated my property with respect. If you need basic cleaning or, like us, you need an expert to finally fix a recurring issue, stop searching and call Gutter Tuneup. They are worth every single penny. Highest recommendation possible!

Since my insurance denied my claim, I reached out to them 3-4 times to come back and simply give me a separate estimate for just repair of the channel where the roof was leaking. EVERY single time I couldn't talk to anyone from the actual business, it was always an answering service that i had to continually repeat the entire explanation of what I needed from them, what my address was, what my phone number is, etc.. this went on for several months! I even actually received a phone call back from one of their sales people following up on replacing my roof? He had no idea I had been leaving messages and said he would get back to me. Well, he never got back to me either. After about six months of trying to reach them, I received an email letting me know that they were too busy to be able to complete my job before winter. Not a phone call back. No one personally contacting me. These are not the kind of people I would want to do business with or spend my hard earned money on, do better TRC!!

The new dark shingles gave my house a complete face lift, a new look and I couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond in so many ways. Their entire team was professional, competent and continually kept me updated and was a joy to work with. They pointed out areas that needed repair that could have caused issues down the road that other roofers didn't even acknowledge. They also did an extra job that wasn't "roof related" but had the ability to do. This saved me from hiring another contractor. We ran into a little "snafu" (which can happen!) but they addressed it expeditiously and efficiently. I would highly recommend them! I trusted them which is so crucial in making such a large investment. And of course, get other bids. But no one will be able to match what they can and will do. Thanks to all involved!!

We expected our roof and gutters to last longer than three years, and unfortunately that is not the case. We invested in seamless gutters that were supposed to be customized and properly secured to our building, but that is not at all what we received. Community Roofing did not properly fasten the gutters to the fascia, so they are falling off of the building. In some sections, Community Roofing sloped the gutters toward our house instead of the downspouts, creating water intrusion problems. The shingles are already starting to look shabby and some have nails starting to protrude. The customer service has been even worse than the workmanship. We reached out to Community Roofing repeatedly and they just blew us off.

Can't answer that because they never responded. Value? Since they didn't respond, can't answer that either. It's not worth anything of value (because you can't pay anything) if you get no response to the quote request for service. The bottom line is two-part. 1: Yelp needs to stop suppressing valid reviews. Please make sure you open "not recommended" - chances are the majority are valid and the positive ones are paid or fake somehow. 2: If a quote request comes, be a decent business and respond, even if it's to respectfully decline to serve.

Simply put, Kurtis and his crew are awesome. You will not find better…read more We have had them do emergency repairs to our old roof, a full tear off (three layers!) and new roof, as well as multiple windows throughout our home. Everything was installed as promised and completed on time, with no surprises. 12 years ago, as first-time home owners, we had no idea where to start, or what we could even afford. Kurtis was patient, honest, and willing to explain what could wait and what couldn't (and why), what we needed (and what we didn't), and the different options we had (and what was/was not worth the cost). Kurtis is straight-forward and honest. He is budget-conscious, but does not take shortcuts. He guarantees his work, and takes pride in what he does. He's a down-to-earth guy, who's easy to talk to. As both a mom and a dog owner, I have always been impressed at how patient and friendly he and his team are with our loud kids and super-excited (but friendly) dog. The team said goodbye every day when we left for work & school, and said hello when we came home. They paid extra attention everyday at clean up to ensure that the kids and dog would not be in any danger with nails or other materials in the lawn, and our yard was clean every day when they left. I would not hesitate to recommend Kurtis and his team for any home improvement project, big or small. It is tough to know who to trust with this kind of stuff, and Kurtis has proven to be trustworthy and excellent over 12 years of various projects in and outside of our home. Wonderful job, guys...
