Since last summer, I've talked to several golf shops and pros at courses who do repair about getting it fixed. The conversation usually begins with: 'oh, I dunno, it might cost you a pretty penny'. I've not given up because I need a good 3 wood. Today, I called this shop and spoke to John. He asked some good questions and talked optimistically about the prospect of repair and replace with another shaft at a reasonable price. I took it in today and met with John who gave me a solid assessment and a reasonable estimate on repair PLUS a Senior discount! This location is nice, in the middle of a plaza with Melting Pot, Edible Arrangements, and some other nice shops.
