I have used them twice and both go rounds were super awesome. The first was super funny because, not knowing I went in with my hangers still in my shirts lol. The Queen Lady associate gave me a look, was so funny. Once she realized I was a first timer, she was so helpful and delightful! We had a good laugh, she then explained everything I needed to do for the next time. If it could get any better lol my second experience was even more awesome sauce! I had 31 shirts cleaned, on pick up day I went in with a laundry basket to collect. Not thinking about the wrinkles that would occur. Remember this is my second time. Another Queen Lady( sorry, will get to know yall's names, all women are queens) suggested "Don't do that". With 31 shirts I'm thinking how do I carry them all to the car by hand. To my surprise a handsome, fit gentleman, my senior, grabbed and gripped all 31 shirts like it was nothing. Carried all 31 shirts to my car for me! To future customers, Ames is 5 star all of my shirts were cleaned to perfection! All looked brand new. A mixture of knits, woven and novelty. To current customers, how awesome right! If you ask for packing help, you're now required to ship using their inflated rates which are much higher than USPS or online options. I was told they "make no money" on packing, but forcing customers into overpriced shipping isn't the answer. I used to justify the higher costs for the friendly service, but that's not the case anymore as there is an older gentleman there that is very abrasive and condescending (at least has been my experience every time) Unless you absolutely have to use them, I'd say look elsewhere.
