Ann's Nails is the Best! My sister has Alzheimer's and I can only shower her once a week. I take her for her pedicure and they work very hard to get rid of her dry skin on her legs. They treat me and her like family. Reasonable and professional but with a kindness that is difficult to find. Walked in without appt for pedicure and I was tended to immediately. They were so attentive and kind and each worker conversed with me and asked if I was enjoying my pedicure. Would not recommend, she was really rough on my nails cut my finger with scissors more than once and I'm not the type of person to leave a review but I couldn't believe what I got my self into. I asked for a simple design with a diamond and she said they couldn't do that and I needed to pick a simple color.. she was very rude and she took over and hour and a half to shape them crooked and very badly.. her and another lady that worked there started arguing badly while she was doing my nails and she kept being really rough on my nails. I cut the nails off right away when I left , and I would recommend going to 102 nails and spa they take their time and they will do whatever set you want and they're supper kind ! read more

I came back on Monday to get my nails "fixed" by Kelly because her husband had done a terrible job on them and then once she "finished fixing" them they looked like they needed a rebase. Love this place! I've been here a handful of times and it has become my go to nail place. Clean tools, quick service, and you can tell they have regulars because the owner is always greeting people by their first name. I usually get either a pedicure or a shellac manicure. Sometimes both! I've walked in when they are slammed and I've never waited longer than a couple of minutes. I have been coming to Kelly since I was a little girl and I'm now 21. It has been a family tradition for me to come with my aunt to the nail salon and Kelly always takes great care of us. She truly appreciates all of her customers and is genuinely interested in their lives. She always remembers everyone's names and little tidbits about their lives. Not only is she incredibly friendly, but I swear she can do ANY design you want BY HAND. She is super talented and whenever I've tried to go to any other salon, they can't even do a basic lead or chevron pattern. Yesterday was the first time I've ever been here. The girl who did my nails took way longer than she should've and hurt me a lot. She let the tool sit in some spots too long and burned me. She also kept getting my skin with it too. When she was done they looked okay, but less than 24 hours later they're chipping. Going back to see if they'll fix them.. hopefully they can do it without hurting me again. read more

This was the second time that I went there, my friend always have beautiful nails done so I want to give it a try . The first time one of the male staff hurts my nails, like the other customer and only said sorry and keep polishing hard I think he can not see well, but at the end I really like my nails , the second time I had the same male staff and it was the same hurts my nail and at second day the polish was coming off.!! read more

I really wanted to like this place. It's close to home, the people seemed really friendly. But I just couldn't go back. I got there and an older gentleman sits down to do my full set of gel nails. He asks one of the other girls if she'd like to do my nails and she says no, so I already feel like he doesn't want to be there. What followed was the most painful manicure I've had in my life. I ended up jerking my hand away in pain on at least two occasions, because he was filing the skin around my nail away as well. His fix was a quick "sorry" and put nail glue on the broken skin! That stung like crazy and then he'd keep filing over it! Almost 8 hours later and the skin is still too sore to touch in places. Ouch!!! read more

I have got my nails done here 4 times now. The first 2 times I was very pleased except for the fact that the guy doing them cut me both times and was very rough. The other 2 times a lady did it im not sure what her name was but my nails were very sloppy and uneven a couple were longer than the others and the nail polish was painted on poorly. The first time she did my nails i got a full set which they have a sign on the window saying $20 for fullsets then after she was done she said it was $25 and i didnt even get anything fancy just simply painted. Then the last time she did my nails which was yesterday I got a rebase she did it very quickly and was rushing through the whole time. I asked her if i could get rhinestones on a couple of my nails...which i have gotten them done like that before at the same place and she told me no it would be to expensive around $15 just for the rhinestones. The last time i got them they charged me $5 for them on 2 nails. Then today i look down and notice my thumb nail broke the whole bottom half is gone! Im not sure how it came off but i know for a fact i wasnt doing anything crazy for it to just come right off! I just got them done yesterday for crying out loud!!! I will never go back there again!! I've gone here several times over the course of a couple of years. Service has gone downhill. Just went yesterday, not happy with the service I got. The pedicure was okay, but the manicure I got was awful. The polish is already starting to come off, the polish wasn't applied evenly, and the guy who waited on me could barely speak English.
