I asked the owner if I bought multiple items if he'd come down and he said no but come next week bc there's a 50% off color tag sale. That was a bummer. I did score 90% Christmas items so that was great. I found really cool older board games sealed. I always like to pick up vintage kids items as a nod to nostalgia. During that time, an employee repeatedly walked through the store loudly announcing the time and how much time customers had left to shop. This was not an occasional reminder--it was ongoing, disruptive, and made the shopping environment uncomfortable. I was not the only customer who felt this way; I spoke with other shoppers who independently agreed the behavior was inappropriate and unnecessary. The situation escalated when I checked my phone to confirm the time. The employee then muttered, "this mutha f**a thinks I'm playing."* I was the only customer in that aisle, making it reasonable to believe the comment was directed toward me. When I calmly attempted to ask whether the comment was meant for me, the employee avoided the interaction and quickly walked away toward the front of the store. This conduct reflects unprofessional behavior, poor customer service, and a failure to maintain a respectful shopping environment. Time reminders can be communicated professionally without intimidation, hostility, or verbal disrespect. One employee should not be able to diminish an otherwise positive store experience. Miscellaneous toys were neatly put in plastic bags, jeans were neatly folded and hung on the racks, and everything just was organized so well! They had a great selection of clothes and housewares...I came out with 5 Minecraft shirts for my 7 year old and he was so excited about them!! I will be coming here for my thrifting from here on out! However, the self check-out station seemed like a disaster. We waited way too long for help and should've just went through the regular check-out line. Kinda ruined our visit here.

When I arrived, night had already fallen. This parking lot is notoriously very sketchy with some vagranta hanging around. So just keep your eyes open. But the stock was all in excellent condition, all wonderfully priced, and the service was decent. One checker was fervently friendly, and the other was mostly quiet. One thing to keep in mind is they will not supply you with bags, so make sure to bring your own. I found some really good deals, but was sad to discover that their hours of operation actually ended at 6:30 p.m.. The overhead announcements do make you feel rushed to make your way out as they want you to be at the registers by 6:15 p.m. I understand their sense of urgency, but I also felt that I was going to be yelled at if I didn't comply accordingly. All in all, it was a decent experience, I wish I had more time to shop, but I think I will definitely be back given it's closeness to where I live.
