When looking for a primary care office I found Innovative Medical Group and they claimed to have…read moreholistic health practices. I had my initial appointment I was brought back and waited for 45-50 minutes before the PA came for my appointment. That's far too long of a wait time for a first visit. Nothing about the appointment or office was remotely holistic, it's all western medicine. I was told that I didn't have a co-pay, but turns out they were incorrect and now have a bill from them (just wish they wouldn't have lied to me about this.) The appointment wasn't even for a physical, it was only "establishing care" as they call it. I had x-rays done and I had a follow-up appointment scheduled, the x-rays came back normal so I cancelled the appointment because it seems that they are money grabbing and trying to schedule unnecessary appointments in order to bill insurance. In my experience most offices will have the Dr or PA call you with results, especially when they are normal. Save yourself the time and money and find a different primary care office. Please don't advertise as being a holistic Medical office when that's clearly not what your office does.

Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. Very understanding about patients concerns.Although i was assigned a different PCP, she showed more concerns by assisting me with present issues affecting my livelihood. It breaks my heart that I have to come back and update a once glowing testimony about this place…read morebut after being an established patient at this office for primary care I now am being left on a back burner and having my needs ignored. What once felt like a teammate on my side helping me reach my healthcare goals has now become just another form of control over my life keeping me "in my place" and disallowing me from getting what I need to live my best life. Gatekeeping behavior from office staff who shut me down and are rude and abrupt when dealing with me. They put things in my chart that rightly have no place and then when questioned about it my request are outright ignored. They misinterpret my requests and then send me a cold sharp email outlining why they will not assist me with my request even though they openly admit in the email to have misinterpreted my request and are just trying to make my life difficult. Be careful who you trust to take care of you and your family because once they start putting stuff into your medical records its there for forever and there is no correction to their mistakes that rooted in their misinterpretation of the information you provide them. They will then blame you for not having provided true and correct information so I would advise everyone to take your request to this office in writing and only in writing and to always retain a written copy for your own records so they can not do to you what they are doing to me.
