tl;dr: Dr. Suh is the best doctor I've ever had, hands down. And if you have trouble with contact, use MyChart (mychart[dot]nm[dot]org). Dr. Suh is attentive, simultaneously both friendly and professional, doesn't rush you out the door, asks the right questions (she doesn't wait for YOU to mention that weird mole or why you've been refilling your xanax more frequently or whatever...), she's good at sensing/reading that there's something you want to ask but about which you might be afraid or embarrassed (I got over that long ago, but was a big help when I started seeing her about 9 years ago), and if you have test results, follows up with a phone call even if they're normal. And here's a big one - she treats you with respect. I've seen a few doctors in Chicago who have treated me like a child (one who did that recently was almost certainly younger than me) or an idiot (I'd like to think I'm not - I read a ton about medicine and science in general out of sheer curiosity, have a background in chemistry, and come off as well-spoken and intelligent [so I've been told]). I've seen a lot of reviews here complaining about the office staff, perhaps at the old location on Washington. They weren't without flaws, but I've seen MUCH worse (*ahem*women'shealthconsulting*ahem*). I think there might be a completely new staff at the Delano location, but I'm not sure; I've only had one visit there. The one complaint I have from my only visit to the new office is that, although I was quite early & Dr. Suh was running a little behind, they didn't offer to draw blood or get a urine sample while I was waiting (it was an annual exam - they ALWAYS do blood & urine). I probably could have asked though, or maybe there's a new protocol or something. Not the end of the world, for sure. If you have trouble getting in touch due to the Northwestern bureaucracy, I'd highly suggest using the MyChart portal to send messages to Dr. Suh, schedule appointments, ask for refills, etc. It really does work, I've never had a problem with it at all. Sadly, I'm moving out of state in about 6 or 8 months, so unless I get sick between now and then (fingers crossed I stay healthy this winter!), my most recent visit with her will be my last. read more

The only problem with going to the most popular doc on Yelp is that it can be quite difficult to get an appointment! After a week of coughing and sneezing I called Dr Suh's office prepared to beg for an appointment that day. It turned out I didn't need to do much begging...there were able to fit me in with their Physician Assistant an hr later. Hurray! I don't take pleasure in visiting any dr, but this office is the exception. Everyone (and seriously everyone) is sooo nice! Friendly receptionist, super sweet nurse and Sharon the Physician Assistant was wonderful as well! I didn't feel rushed at all because Sharon, who sounds eerily similar to Ellen Page from Juno, spent a good amount of time chatting with me how I was feeling. After a blood test and confirming I was full of mucus (lovely, I know) she prescribed a z-pack to make me all better. Oh, how I love antibiotics. I left without even seeing Dr Suh, yet it was another 5 star experience! read more

Though it seemed as though it took a lifetime of waiting to get an appointment, Dr. Suh was totally worth it. I was left waiting in the clean and spacious waiting room for just a couple minutes before I was called in by the nurse (I had filled out all my intake forms via the printable forms on the office website). Dr. Suh arrived only five minutes after the nurse left and patiently walked me through the medical history forms asking many additional questions along the way. She was thorough and did not seem rushed at all. I'm super happy with having Dr. Suh as my new GP, yay! PS, 'SUH' is pronounced, 'SAW' read more

More of an administrative thing, but...I called 2 months ago to get an appointment with Dr. Suh based on all the positive reviews on Yelp. The original appointment was supposed to have been last week, but they called to reschedule it to the 25th. I just got a call from Dr. Suh's office telling me that effective today, they will no longer be accepting Cigna insurance for new patients. They'll continue covering the patients they already have who have Cigna, but any new ones with Cigna will be seen as out of network. So I waited 2 months for an appointment only to be rescheduled and not only that, rescheduled to a date when they no longer take my insurance. VERY disappointing. read more

I'm a physician. I think it's hard to find a primary care doctor with great bedside manner, who's at the top of the class in knowledge. That's Dr. Suh. As for those who think the receptionist is rude, or who got fired for arguing about everything, I'd advise having realistic expectations. read more

What an amazing doctor. That you so much Yelp people for finding her. I've been shopping for a doctor for years and unfortunately I've run into some real quacks. One wanted me to buy her book. Another wanted me to go on the O blood type diet. Another wanted me to take my temperature every hour and take herbal meds if it strayed even a tenth of a degree. Another fell asleep during the consult (yes....awkward!). Yet another told me to start taking long walks and would I like an anti-depressant (I had walking pneumonia it turned out that time). The one before Dr Suh wanted to align my chakras. Srsly. It's been a nightmare. For years I haven't felt....well. I'm often completely exhausted and I get a sinus or throat infection pretty much monthly that some random doctor prescribes me an antibiotic before sending me on my way. The process would repeat over and over. I've been tested for a zillion things and in 2003 came up with high thyroid antibodies but my thyroid tested as normal. This is with some random doctor who wanted to sell me her book but outright refused to treat me with any medication or run any other tests and she refused to read any information I got from online (if no one was going to help me I was going to try to help myself!). So I just kept bouncing around and amassing this huge file of medical test results and feeling horrible most of the time. Dr Suh's office tested everything (even urine!) and if I have one complaint it is that even with my very good insurance it came to around $500 for just the tests so know that going in. Everything tested fine (cept borderline cholesterol darn it) and Dr. Suh was on vacation that week so another doctor called to give me the normal test results. Same old, same old, right? The only difference was I spaced out and forgot to bring with me my big stack of old medical records. Dr. Suh gave me a very thorough exam. She spent a long time with me and before we were done, she referred me to a sinus specialist in the same building. Before my appointment with him two weeks later, I dropped off my records to Dr. Suh's office. I didn't give it another thought. A few days later (I was away on vacation this time) Dr. Suh called to say she reviewed my medical records and based on my old and current test results she feels I'm subclinically hypothyroid. *cue the chorus* Ah! Finally a diagnosis. Finally something I can DO about not feeling well. Finally a doctor that took the time to actually care for her patient! Need a great doctor who is knowledgeable, keeps current with medical information, and who cares? Don't give up. Go see Dr. Suh. read more

This review is not necessarily for Dr. Suh, but rather for her administrative office. I've been seeing Dr. Suh for 2 years (and prior to that I was seeing Dr. Buchanan), and when I first started going into the office everyone was accommodating and just generally nice. It was also reasonable to expect that if you request an appointment with your doctor, you'd be able to get into the office within the month. For the last year that has not been the case. Last fall I was really sick, and when I attempted to make an appointment I was told I'd have to wait 1 1/2 months. Since I was also having terrible migraines, I went ahead and scheduled the appointment that was 1 1/2 months away (in December). I was prescribed some medicine, and haven't heard from the office or doctor since. Throughout this entire time, I've been receiving a prescription for birth control. Today, I scheduled my refill through Walgreens, but then I received a call from the office saying I haven't had a pap in over 2 years and need to come into the office before it would be refilled. I hadn't realized it had been so long since I had had a pap (I'm a busy professional, but after today I'll make sure I have this stuff written out on a calendar!), but I immediately had a few questions: 1) Can we have the prescription refilled in the meantime, and I make an appointment right now to see the doctor? The answer, of course, was that there are no open appointments until December. 2) Is it not reasonable to expect to receive a phone call maybe a month before a prescription expires (I've been getting this filled for 2 years)! The answer, was no, that's not reasonable. 3) Why didn't anyone (Dr. Suh, the nurse, literally ANYONE) mention this when I came in in December 2014? The answer, was a vague muttering. The person on the phone (later found out her name was Jaukita) was incredibly rude during this conversation. She told me Dr. Suh was out for the day, but the referring doctor could possibly extend the prescription another month so there was no lapse. She'd call me back once she had confirmation. Then she hung up on me. Twenty minutes later I'm on a work call, and the Doctor's office calls me and doesn't leave a voicemail. I call back, have to be placed through a ridiculous switchboard, recount the entire conversation that I had with Jaukita because there were no notes in the system, and then (after being on hold for 5 minutes) when I FINALLY get through to Jaukita I'm told the referring doctor did not approve my birth control so I'm basically sh*t out of luck. Great. Now I have a weekend of headaches and cramps to look forward to. I've already found a new PCP (the phone experience was fantastic, no switchboards there!), and I look forward to dealing with staff who is empathetic and helpful. read more

I went to Dr. Suh today and she is the BEST doctor I have ever seen! (well besides Dr. Pu but he's a pediatrician). I found Dr. Suh though Yelp (I love this site) and my original appointment was late January but had to postpone it because she had a family emergency. I didn't mind because I went in for a yearly check-up. I arrived at 12:28 and filled out some paperwork and the nurse called me in 10 minutes later. The nurse was really funny and gentle when drawing blood. She was great but I didn't get her name. Five minutes later Dr. Suh came in and wow, she is extremely thorough!!!!!!!!!! I am so impressed with her. She went through my whole new patient form and I have never seen a doctor do that before. She even asked me about my vaccinations and the last time I got my tetnus shot. I mean I have no idea and I didn't know that you had to get a shot every 10 years! Hmm I'll have to ask my mom about that... anyways... she went through every single section and asked questions about everything. She really cares for her patients! I felt very comfortable with her (aka told her that I am a binge drinker on weekends) so I talked about my concerns and she gave me useful suggestions and was straight forward. She listens to you, which I think is rare to find in a doctor. Of course I asked her if she knew about Yelp (which she did) and I think it's really awesome how this site can help people find great doctors, etc. I love Yelp! I highly highly highly recommend anyone to see Dr. Suh. I love that her office is right in the loop and the office itself is VERY big! They even have their own x-ray machine. The office is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Go Dr. Suh!!! =) read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Suh's for many years now. She is unquestionably THE BEST doctor I have ever had. I recommend her to anyone, especially women who continually feel marginalized by health care providers. Dr. Suh listens, treats you like a real human, makes helpful suggestions, provides you with excellent referrals and is true a pleasure to know. She is dignified, friendly and graceful. Doctor appointments are supposed to be excruciating chores, but that's just not the case with Dr. Suh! read more

Dr. Suh is fantastic, I want to start there. She has a great bedside manner, she's calm and knowledgeable and can really put your mind at ease when you're worried something is going wrong. She orders tests, follows up by phone with thoughtful commentary--not just quantitative test results that mean nothing to lay people--and really takes her time with you. I have nothing critical to say of her. Her practice, though, has gone through some changes in the last year or so that have me considering switching, even though she's been my PPT for years and I really like her. First, it's tough to get on her schedule if you don't have plenty of patience to wait for weeks and weeks, so I often end up seeing another doc in her practice (I've been impressed with all) or her NP, who I recently saw for some bloodwork. She never called to follow up, left a cursory note on my file 20 days after the bloodwork to tell me everything looked fine. But I don't feel fine! What do I do now? That's the sort of follow up Dr Suh would provide but the NP didn't. That was disappointing. Second, and worse, the office is now part of Northwestern Medicine. To say the quality of administrative care has plummeted is a total understatement. You have to call a separate Northwestern line -- can't reach the office itself -- to make an appointment. The people on the line aren't medical professionals, of course, and they're not in the office with a medical professional they could quickly ask questions of to confirm something or answer a question. They can't tell you how long test results will take, or give you any guidance whatsoever. In an ordinary doctor's office, the front desk people can quickly grab a doc or nurse for an answer like that. Once you call the Northwestern number to schedule, they end the call and separately contact the doctor's office. The front staff who remain at Dr. Suh's office are (as other reviewers have noted) pretty difficult to deal with. Rude and dismissive. It took me five phone calls to schedule a blood draw, because at this stage, the doc's office has to call the Northwestern people back to put in the order, and this takes time (lots of time). One thing that is nice is the ability to get test results online; I just worry that the easy availability of the quantitative results means there's less incentive for the docs to give good follow-up care, talking through the results with the patient and discussing creative next steps. I'm not switching docs yet, but I do consider it every time I visit this office. read more

I'm stunned. I thought that concerned, knowledgeable, unhurried doctors were a thing of the past. You know, the stuff of Andy Griffith Show episodes. I was hoping that Dr. Suh would be half as good as everyone raves. Turns out, she's even better. First things first. I call to make my first appointment and the receptionist asks me to set aside two hours. Dr. Suh likes to do a complete physical examination of her new patients. In fact, the first question on the packet of questionnaires she had me fill out when I arrived was "When was your last physical?" Umm . . . NEVER?! I've been going to doctors for 26 years and none of the yahoos I've seen suggested doing one. Already I was impressed. The appointment itself was totally professional from start to finish. It didn't take a full two hours, but it took a long time. Dr. Suh answered every single question thoughtfully, took a real interest in my daily life, and couched all of her advice in terms of our game plan for the future. I left feeling totally empowered and anxious to hear my test results (which she promised to deliver herself!). Dr. Suh called right on schedule, and she helped me put all of my numbers in context. I bet my cholesterol level is better than your cholesterol level! read more

Dr Suh is THE BEST, hands down. Everyone I referred her to has told me "I can't believe what a great doctor she is - I'm never leaving!" I've been a patient of hers for over 10 years now, with numerous serious health issues in that time which you would *never* want (non-malignant brain tumor, just to mention one). So I know my doctors and specialists, to put it lightly. I really feel like she has "taken care of" me over the years. :) She is so good that I followed her from old practice at Illinois Masonic to her new practice downtown so that I wouldn't "lose" her. I've never followed a doctor to a new location before so that says a lot. Simply put, she knows her stuff. She is sooo very smart and so articulate, takes her time to explain everything to you intelligently, never talking down to you, NO rushing you out the door, and is compassionate and friendly and genuine as well. She called the day after my tests to see how I was doing. Who does that anymore?!? Seriously, the best. She knows *when to prescribe* and she knows *when to refer* - that by itself is a huge huge bonus - trust me. I have been "through the mill" with bad doctors in the past who referred when they could have just worked on the issue with me through testing/RX and I have had those who (literally) opened a medical book and went through my list of symptoms trying to figure out what was wrong with me after many failed treatments that they insisted on handling alone - um time for a referral doncha think?? Thank God I NEVER have to worry about that kind of craziness with Dr Suh. I'm so grateful to have found her. My only wish is that she would be able to train every doctor out there so they could all learn to treat patients properly - with her level of knowledge, care, and respect. read more

Dr. Suh is fantastic - I saw her a few times when she was at Women's Health Resources. Really, really enjoyed her. I felt very, very, comfortable around her. And now I'm going to plug Dr. Cudahy (currently at WHR) - who is THE BEST DOCTOR I'VE EVER HAD!!! read more

Had a first visit medical with Dr Suh. I went to her after reading her reviews on here. The office was very efficient, confirming my appointment and receiving my faxed in joining instructions. When I arrived reception was nice and welcoming as was the receptionist. When I went in to have my blood taken and ECG the nurse was a bit abrupt and couldve been a bit friendlier but she warmed up once I started chatting to her. Dr Suh was very nice we had a nice chat during the consultation so I felt pretty confident everything is going to be checked. I should get a call once all the tests are back. Now I am older (40) regular and full medicals are most important. I had an xray while there too all very efficient. The office was enormous and with their own Xray machine too! read more

I've been seeing Dr. Suh since she was with the Women's Health practice at Illinois Masonic. She is absolutely the best in terms of knowledge and taking time with her patients. Even if I move out the the city at some point - will continue to see her. She's particularly good with patients who take a proactive approach to their healthcare (willing to listen) - she's great at suggesting combination treatments and will provide an educated patient with the research to backup her recommendations. Continue to be impressed by her. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Suh for 5 years. She is AMAZING. She is incredibly smart and also incredibly kind and personable. She listens, asks appropriate questions, and always takes her time with you. And the Pap ain't bad (as far as that goes) either. Did I mention how smart she is? Now that's what I want in a doctor. (And friends and stuff, but that's off-topic.) read more

My experience with Dr. Suh and her staff was exactly the same as Andrea W. Wonderful. I acquired Dr. Suh after my primary physician, Dr. Brian Lavery, left this practice and moved to Virginia. My first experience with her was excellent, something that I would expect from this caliber of practice. My first appointment with Dr. Suh was a sick visit. I was a bit of a physical mess and more importantly an emotional mess. After listening intently to my symptoms, reviewing my charts and examining me she came up with a plan of action and referred me to several other Dr's in case I didn't improve. Her bedside manor was exceptional! I hope my next visit to Dr. Suh is a much happier and more routine one. read more

Dr. Suh is the best doctor ever! I've seen a lot of different doctors throughout the years and hands down, she is phenomenal. She really cares for her patients, takes time to explain and answer questions, and is super down to earth and genuine. She treats me like a real person and not just a "patient". She will ask me about what's going on in my life aside from medically and it's so much appreciated. She will work hard to help fix your problem or give you the name of specialists. She is great with follow up when it comes to blood work and diagnostic tests. I'm not sure if she is taking new patients, but if she is, she is wonderful! Update: The address is incorrect on here. She is now at 1135 S Delano Court by Roosevelt. read more

Dr. Suh is great. She is in the process of saving me from a total shlep of a doctor. She listens well and doesn't hesitate to get to the bottom of things. Her office is professional and friendly. Also, I found Dr. Suh through Yelp. Thank you fellow Yelpers! read more

We were just discussing the other day what a nice change it is to have a concerned, attentive doctor. The lady was amazed how she hadn't been to see Dr. Suh in over a year and she remembered small details about things that were going on in her life back then. I'm not sure how she does it but it is a nice feeling for sure to know the person caring for you actually cares about you. Other doctors probably feel the same way but they are terrible at communicating it. RrL read more

Dr. Suh was my doctor for the last 4 years and I really really liked her a lot. I am not even exaggerating - she was fantastic till recently. And her treatment of me today when I came in for my annual check up was quite appalling. I admit I arrived for my 8.30AM appointment about 6 minutes late which the office lady was quick to point out. Now the number of times I have had to wait much past my appointment time (often between 15- 30 mins) are numerous but I have not said anything about it. I checked in and realized that I had left my cell phone with my driver's license and credit cards in the car and I needed to go get it. The office lady called the doctor's assistant who said I could not take the 2 mins (literally as my car was parked right downstairs 2 floors down in the garage) to get my phone. I did anyway as I could not risk it getting stolen and when I came upstairs I was told that I would have to reschedule my appointment for doing that. So because they waited 2 mins for me (in fact in the time it took that office lady to call them and tell me I can't go was enough for me to get my phone) I would need to come back. I had taken the day off work for this. Unfortunately this is horrible patient treatment and awful customer service and no one deserves this. Its not like I made the doctor wait for 20 mins; it was 2 mins. Whether this militant attitude was from the assistant or the doctor, at the end of the day, the buck stops with the doctor. And clearly, as a patient of 4 years, I did not matter enough to them. I will now find another primary care doctor that treats me better. It is a shocking end to a patient-doctor relationship with a doctor I thought was the best out there. read more

I've been following Dr. Suh's career for much of our lives, it seems. Not deliberately, of course. It's just that, we've lived in the same areas and attended the same schools, although a few years apart. New Haven, Boston...and now Chicago. Weird, that. But I'm glad I've discovered her here. I set up an appointment on a coworker's recommendation, and she is genuinely one of the best doctors I have ever had, patient, unhurried and thorough. I sincerely hope, somewhere in her busy schedule, she is training new doctors to be more like her! read more

I love Dr. Suh! I don't love the office staff so the 5 stars are for just Dr. Suh. She's my primary physician. So I've mainly seen her for my annual physical and when I'm sick. I've always been a little heavier and she doesn't belittle me like other doctors. She makes me feel comfortable, like I'm not being judged. She cares about her patients. I highly recommend her! Her office staff is horrible. They have dry, barley there personalities. They are rude and they just want to get you in and out with little effort. Dr. Suh deserves a better support staff. read more

Wow, I'm surprised by all these positive reviews. I was feeling super crummy last year for a couple months - nauseous, sick to my stomach, crampy, bloated. I went to my gynecologist, thinking something was going on there. But he informed me that something wasn't right with my tummy, that I should see a general doctor. He referred me to Dr. Suh. I saw her on a Friday, she did a blood test, figured maybe I had an ulcer, if not that, probably IBS. Meanwhile, I went to a family gathering that weekend where I spoke to a relative who has Crohn's, but whose "Crohn's" disappeared several years ago when she stopped eating wheat. She suggested maybe my feeling crummy had something to do with wheat, that I stop eating it for a week and see how I felt. Another relative, a Physician's Assistant, asked me if the doctor was going to test me for celiac disease. When I told her no, she told me to call the doctor's office back and request they run this test, because they keep your blood on file for a week. Called Dr. Suh's office, they said they'd run it. Cut wheat out of my diet that week, felt a lot better. But chalked it up to coincidence. The next Monday I get a call from Dr. Suh. "Looks like you have celiac disease," she said. I asked if I needed any further tests, like an endoscopy, to confirm the diagnosis. She said no. I asked her what would happen if I continued to eat wheat, like would it damage my body. She basically said no, acted as if it wasn't a big deal. How wrong she was. My relative suggested seeing a doctor at Northwestern's Center for Integrative Medicine. Went there, doctor said "Yes, you need to have an endoscopy, that's the only way to confirm celiac disease. And yes, you must stop eating gluten if you have this disease, otherwise it will do further damage to your intestines." Hhhmm. Good to know. Had the endoscopy, which confirmed I had celiac. Had I not spoken to my relative and requested that I be tested for celiac disease, Dr. Suh probably would have given me the silly IBS diagnosis. Which basically means "Sorry, we're not sure why you're feeling like crap, you have IBS." In any case, Dr. Suh seemed nice enough. But I can only give one star because she's so horribly misinformed about celiac disease. Doctors like her are the reason that it takes the average person with celiac disease 11 years before they're diagnosed. I guess I was lucky I had relatives who were aware of the disease and helped me out. read more

Dr. Suh is a wonderful doctor and I'm lucky to call her my PCP. Five stars for her. Unfortunately the massive bureaucracy surrounding her since the group joined Northwestern Medicine is so, so, so incredibly awful that it's hard for me to recommend her unless you have nothing better to do than wait on hold for hours for even your most minor needs/issues. For example, today I am trying to call in order to pay a bill from my last visit. I was unaware I had an outstanding bill as I never got a notice in the mail and it was months ago, but the robo-call I got on Friday evening says I owe them a co-pay, so fine, happy to pay it. Unfortunately it has been literally impossible to get a person on the phone for days. Her office line was closed during the weekend and is a busy signal today x6 tries. Awesome. The general NMG line sends me to a recording telling me to call back during business hours (despite the fact that it is CURRENTLY within those business hours) or log onto their website to pay the bill. Ok, I'll try that! Nope. Doing so requires entering your credit card information directly into the entry site (aka not entering any kind of patient account first or seeing the amount to be billed first... just entering your CC into a random website...). Not really excited about that. And I just want to pay my damn bill!!! Roar. Same story when I tried to call in a prescription refill a few weeks ago. The amount of effort required to accomplish basic tasks is nearly inhuman, and for those of us who work 6 days/ week, NOT how I want to spend my little free time. Please Loop Internal Medicine, go back to the old ways when you could call to make an appointment or pay a bill with less than an hour of work. Dr. Suh is an amazing physician and I only wish it were not INCREDIBLY PAINFUL/ currently impossible to get in to see her, get a message to her, or PAY her!! read more

Dr Suh is great as all the other reviews state. I've been seeing her for 6+ years. There's a couple issues with her office that you should know up front: 1) long wait time for new patients, 2) rude office staff. When I was a new patient I had to wait 6-months to get in, but it was worth it, and I never had a problem booking my annual physical or a sick visit after that. However, now I live out of state and tried to schedule an appointment for my next work trip in July and she's completely booked till August so it looks like I won't be seeing her any longer. My only other criticism, and I don't have experience with other PCPs to compare this to, is that I feel she is quick to write a prescription rather than focus on underlying causes. While she listened to me thoroughly at each visit, I always felt like she recommended too many drugs and pushed me out the door, sometimes with 4+ prescriptions and I never even filled most of them. Granted they were not drugs like xanax or oxycodone, but still I prefer not to take medicine unless absolutely necessary. read more

I had my first appointment with Dr. Suh today. She is exactly as described---an amazingly kind, respectful, and intelligent doctor!! Getting an appointment with her was easy, she took the time to speak with me, she did NOT challenge or invalidate my feelings, didn't prescribe me undesired medication, and she was amazingly thorough. I left her office beaming from my relief at actually having found a doctor who I can trust. FINALLY! Thanks yelpers! read more

I faxed Dr. Suh's office today (yes, faxed - it's the only way to do it) to try to schedule my first appointment (for an acute medical issue) and was told that her next available appointment is in DECEMBER. When I asked if I could leave my information and get a call if any cancellations came up, the receptionist was beyond rude and ridiculous, requiring that I call non-stop each day to see if there's been a cancellation. I'm sure Dr. Suh is a great doctor but her office help is pitiful and she absolutely should not be listed as accepting new patients on the BCBS website if she's booked 8 months out. I cannot begin to say how incredibly happy I am to have found Dr. Suh thanks to fellow yelpers last year. I am very very picky with my doctors and do a lot of research before I agree to see one. I went to Dr. Suh a year ago after reading the glowing reviews on Yelp and loved her! The offices are very clean and well kept. I was late by 30 minutes for my appointment (thanks to some issues that the pink line was having that day) and the reception staff was very polite and cheerful! I have never had to wait very long in the waiting area or inside the examination room for her. Every time I have a question, the staff has been very efficient, and able to get me in touch with her quick. The best part is Dr. Suh replies really fast! Also, she takes her time and asks you several questions so you come out feeling that she is concerned with your overall wellness and not just the issue at hand. I really hope to find more doctors like her for all my other specialty needs! read more

I also love Dr. Suh - if I hadn't stopped working in the loop, I would still be going to her. She's got the perfect combination of friendliness and expertise; the best doctor I've ever been to. read more

I am so glad I found Dr. Suh. She is literally the best of the best!! She is not only very thorough and knowledgeable, but also extremely caring and genuine. I didn't know doctors like this existed!! If it weren't for all of the wonderful yelpers I would have probably gone back to my mediocre internist. read more

I moved to chicago in July and could not find a good doctor. Thank god I came to Yelp.com. Dr. Suh is hands down the best Doctor I have seen. She was punctual, prompt, and listened to everything I had to say. I would reccomend her to anyone who asked me for a good Doctor in Chicago. Her expertise is also very high. Overall, she is a terrific Doctor. read more

Dr. Suh is the best! She is so attentive and really takes time with you during the appointment. I never feel like she's rushing off to see the next patient. And she has called me herself to discuss lab/test results instead of only sending them in the mail. Great doctor! read more
