First, they were able to get my cat in very quickly after our initial call, which I truly appreciated. They actually cared about my cat's previous history, which I honestly wasn't expecting, and went to great pains to get her records from the previous vet, which ended up being very helpful, as they were able to use a previous x-ray instead of performing a new one. During the exam, they asked a number of detailed questions - about her weight, about her diet, about the exact issues that she's been experiencing - and they actually listened to my concerns. Then, instead of blowing me off, they agreed with my concerns and immediately formulated a plan to figure out what was wrong! After running some blood work, looking at the x-ray, and doing an analysis of urine and feces, they found that my poor kitty has a UTI. They immediately called to let me know the results, and presented me with treatment options. They were very up-front about pricing, which I very much appreciate, but more importantly, they were concerned and involved with my pet's care in a way that my previous vet was not. Highly recommended!
