We love Dr. Sikora and everyone at Normanside! They are caring, efficient and great with especially shy animals. Can't recommend more.

I then received a call that the bloodwork "may have been mixed up" so bring my one cat back in for a free retest. This test indicated a low thyroid level and was significantly different from the first test with an elevated level. Instead of a vet looking at the 2 bloodtests and seeing they were so different and most likely not my cats bloodwork . I'm contacted by the vet techs and told to continue on the thyroid meds. One vet tech was not aware there was a blood test mix up and one told me when I asked why it seemed like the 2nd test was so different that it was not my cats bloodwork answered me by saying" That's a good question". Then I wonder was my other senior cat bloodtest mixed up as they were done at the same time? Meanwhile I spent $100 on thyroid meds and $520.38 on bloodwork and I still dont know if my cat has hyperthyroidism. because the new bloodwork does not show it. I was offered after complaining another free retest after taking my cats off the meds but honestly I have a very stressed old cat who has already been in for 3 blood tests and a vets office that I'm dealing with techs not the vet. I plan on going elsewhere where I can deal with a vet that can call me, and actually take the time to look at the bloodwork

We had to wait an hour or two to get a call back after leaving a voicemail, but once our call was returned, we were able to get a visit that day. What was an incredibly stressful time was made easier by the gentle guiding and kindness of Dr. Diaz. He was wonderful and it made the heartbreaking loss of our little buddy easier to take. After having experienced previous losses with a traditional visit to a vet, this was so much more easy for a cat and us, allowing our cat to avoid the stress of travel to the vet, and allowing us to grieve in the privacy of our own home during the process. Thanks you In the Comfort of Home.

Dr. Gwen was very accommodating, very patient, very considerate and extremely compassionate. Our whole family was there to see Kobi off on his final journey, and as sad as it inevitably was, it was also a good thing to see that he was no longer in pain, or confused about where he was. Kobi was blind and deaf, suffered with some level of dementia, and his rear legs would often not work right because of a spinal issue. He was always kind-of high strung, and anxious about going out - especially since he lost his vision last year. Having this done at home was absolutely the right thing for our Kobi, and we very strongly recommend the service that In the Comfort of Home provides. Thank you Dr. Gwen.

Every time I've had to take her to the vet, the following ensued (in no particular order): Biting Screaming Scratching Hissing Violent gyrations to get away Spitting (yes, spitting) Bloodletting And that was just to get her into her crate and in the car. She would have to be sedated to be examined and groomed. It was traumatic for her, for us, and I presume the vet techs. Dr. Nolan and Christine came to the house, they sedated her while she was relaxed and snoozing---they worked quickly, compassionately and thoroughly and they were FAR LESS EXPENSIVE than the previous vet. I can't say enough positive things about them. For as long as we have Ginger, we'll be a client. They are busy though, so plan on approximately 30 days or so to get an appointment. Well worth it.

Dr. Sarah came to our home and provided Jake with a dignified, peaceful death, with his family at his side. She explained everything, and was kind and compassionate with Jake, and with us. Her fee was 115.00. To have this service at home for a very reasonable charge, made a very difficult time easier for Jake, and for us. I HIGHLY recommend this business. Bless you Dr. Sarah!!!!!!!!
