The servings they give you are HUGE (three pieces of chicken and a large scoop of mac and beans). So what's the problem you ask??? The food had NO seasoning whatsoever. Not the mac, not the green beans, not the chicken. I was sooooo disappointed because everything looked amazing. Now I will say that I've gone to other Caribbean restaurants and always order Caribbean entrees (like oxtails) so maybe that's what I should have ordered. The size of the first floor is perfect for that amount of people and the outside deck worked well for smokers and for a quick escape from the crowd to socialize with friends and family outside during the party. We met with the management and explained to them what we would like to do. They gave us a price of around $2,500 which included plenty of food, a waitress, a bartender, a captain, the whole setup, utensils, decorations, and hors d'œuvre. The home was quickly transformed into a catering venue and it looked completely different after the setup, especially with a bartender in your kitchen area BEHIND A BAR STAND SERVING DRINKS IN A TUXEDO! THIS WAS A FIRST! A wonderful waitress walk around the crowd serving hors d'œuvre as the guest arrived. The bartender was friendly as guest kept coming back for more drinks and placed tips on the bar. Everyone was impressed and with all the food they served, many people were able to take some food home with them.
