The size of the first floor is perfect for that amount of people and the outside deck worked well for smokers and for a quick escape from the crowd to socialize with friends and family outside during the party. We met with the management and explained to them what we would like to do. They gave us a price of around $2,500 which included plenty of food, a waitress, a bartender, a captain, the whole setup, utensils, decorations, and hors d'œuvre. The home was quickly transformed into a catering venue and it looked completely different after the setup, especially with a bartender in your kitchen area BEHIND A BAR STAND SERVING DRINKS IN A TUXEDO! THIS WAS A FIRST! A wonderful waitress walk around the crowd serving hors d'œuvre as the guest arrived.
