My original vendor cancelled on me a day before the event and Valley Star Events truly saved the day! From the moment I reached out to them, I knew I was in good hands. They were very prompt, professional, and had an incredible eye for design. More than the amazing decor and bounce house, I'm just so grateful that they showed up and made my kids' event more special and memorable. I was hesitant at first to book with someone, thinking maybe I shouldn't spend the money for this but in the end I'm so glad that I did! Everyone at the party thought that backdrop was so adorable! She was pretty full with bookings for the weekend that I inquired about but she managed to squeeze me in. She was quick to respond to my messages whenever I had questions or wanted to change a few details. And even the day of the setup she did me a HUGE solid by making an additional simple balloon garland on the fly for my dessert table. To make matters worse, she declined to return and resolve the issues, stating she would not be available until after my event had already concluded. Overall, the level of service and professionalism fell far below expectations.
