For context, they painted the interior or of our entire home - walls, trim, and ceiling. The team knew how to work with high end paint and transformed a set of drab, beige, poorly textured, and banged up walls. They sanded the walls to manage the texture, worked expertly with tricky corners, managed complex work with dry wall to address dings and structural oddities. They are not just incredible painters - they are also amazing project managers and partners. The team managed our paint job while we traveled, but our furniture and floors were kept pristine (despite our 0% prep for them). When they ran out of paint (because I insisted on getting it and didn't get enough!), they reached out. When I didn't get back to them soon enough, they went to the store and perfectly matched the color, no VOC, and other specifications. I contacted William, the owner, sent him pictures of my kitchen and he was very prompt in sending me a quote. This was especially important as we were in the middle of COVID-19. William informed me of the timeline for the job as well as the arrival and departure times each day. Once he got started, he arrived on time and departed on time each day. I covered all of my furniture expecting a lot of dust from sanding, but was amazed that he handled it in a way that there was no excessive dust and he left my house clean every day. The job was completed on time and the results were magnificent. In order to further update the cabinets, I asked him to replace the old hinges with soft-closed hinges and now the cabinets are like new. I hired PBS to paint some rooms in my new home which was empty at the time. I sent a video detailing every wall to be painted and the colors to be painted. Long story short, they did well in some areas, really bad in others. My main level, I had an accent wall painted. It was so sloppily done that I had to laugh. And they got some of that color paint (dark blue) on an adjacent (light gray) wall. I wanted the basement to be a lighter color than it originally was but since they didn't prime with a light color paint, it came out dark. I've since had it repainted. They got paint all on my floors. there was a bright orange wall that was painted to match the rest of my family room: after 3 years, that orange paint is visible in some spots. It was always visible at the bases because of incomplete coverage after they painted. When I called the Khairy to make him aware of the issues, he did come out and mentioned that it wasn't done on purpose... Ok. They came back to fix the issues. The paint on the floor was cleaned up, the accent wall still looked messy. I had work done in my home later and that wall was the first thing my contractor commented on. Overall, very nice people. Hopefully they've improved, but I've decided to do a huge paint job in my home and I'm not considering them.
