I…read morehad an appointment I booked over two weeks in advance Last evening I got a text, asking me if I could move the appointment up I replied that no I was coming directly from another appointment above in the same building. When I arrived for my appointment, I was about 15 minutes late as I came from another appointment that ran over. I was told my stylists Brenda had left but the lady sitting at the counter could do my hair. I was like, wow, she didn't even text me, the response was " it's not her responsibility to text you". The new stylist offered was noticeably much younger, and I asked what Kathleen's fees would be. At this time, the blonde woman, (owner, manager?) refused to give me a price and kept asking me how much the senior stylist had quoted me for her service. I stated that as Brenda was no longer present and I would like to know how much it would cost Kathleen to highlight and cut my hair. The blonde lady got continually more aggressive and rude and told me I was agitated and that maybe I should reschedule. I told her I would not be rescheduling, and I was just asking for the price of the new stylist. Blonde lady continued to refuse price quote. Obviously, my hair was not done here and will never be. I took the blinds photo for my post and she threatened to call the police because I took her photo. This place is a real joke no wonder it's always empty. Note they also use the name Honeycomb Salon.

She gave me a beautiful Bob cut and a straightening treatment in June. It is now nearly January and I am still so happy with the results. I originally had difficulty with styling until I purchased a blower brush and can style with one hand. Wendy did a wonderful job and I continue to be thrilled. I needed my hair professionally styled for an event. Her advice and expertise were excellent. Amazingly, my straight hair held the curl for about 30 hours. I looked great on camera. I hope to return to her for other special occasions in the future
