WORST EXPERIENCE!!…read more First off, I want to say that the girl who did my hair and the other girls who helped were very sweet. However, my experience with the manager, Ashley N., was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As seen in pic 1, my hair was a pretty neutral/cool medium brown, which I had done myself at home. I was actually very happy with my hair color. My roots were just growing out, so I went to the salon specifically because I wanted my roots done to match the rest of my hair. When I went in, they bleached my roots and toned my entire head. Unfortunately, my hair came out very uneven, patchy, darker than I wanted, and much warmer than my original color, as seen in pics 2 and 3. I went back to the salon to have it fixed because I was obviously very unhappy with the result. Unfortunately, I still left with uneven color and a dark red-brown/chocolate color, as seen in pics 4 and 5. I was extremely upset because I had already been happy with my hair when I came in. I paid a lot of money for this service, and then I also had to take additional time out of my schedule to go back and have it fixed, only to still leave unhappy with the result. I did call the salon to ask for a refund, but the manager, Ashley N., repeatedly told me that the outcome was essentially my fault and that they had done "the best they could." If they felt they couldn't get my hair to the color I wanted, I wish they would have just been honest with me about that before doing all of these additional things to my hair. Instead, my hair went from a color I was already happy with to the red/chocolate brown color it is now. I even specifically asked the manager if she thought my hair looked cool or warm toned, and she told me, "I think it looks pretty cool toned." Looking at pics 4 and 5, I personally don't think the result looks cool toned at all. It looks noticeably warm and red compared to the color I originally came in with. When I asked the manager for a refund, she told me, "I can't give you a refund. I think it's best if we both just move on from this situation."

Fast forward to today and Hair Gallery was able to correct the previous cut and give my fiancé the cut she wanted and should've gotten yesterday. The stylists here are extremely knowledgeable, super efficient and very nice. Everything and more that you'd expect from an upscale salon! This will now be her go to salon for eveything. When I arrived for my appointment, I was about 15 minutes late as I came from another appointment that ran over. I was told my stylists Brenda had left but the lady sitting at the counter could do my hair. I was like, wow, she didn't even text me, the response was " it's not her responsibility to text you". The new stylist offered was noticeably much younger, and I asked what Kathleen's fees would be. At this time, the blonde woman, (owner, manager?) refused to give me a price and kept asking me how much the senior stylist had quoted me for her service. I stated that as Brenda was no longer present and I would like to know how much it would cost Kathleen to highlight and cut my hair. The blonde lady got continually more aggressive and rude and told me I was agitated and that maybe I should reschedule. I told her I would not be rescheduling, and I was just asking for the price of the new stylist. Blonde lady continued to refuse price quote. Obviously, my hair was not done here and will never be. I took the blinds photo for my post and she threatened to call the police because I took her photo. This place is a real joke no wonder it's always empty.
