From the consultation to the treatment, everything was explained clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They did the blood draw for PRP on-site, and I even got pineapple juice after (such a nice touch ). Shira Levihim, Certified Physician Associate, took great care of me -- she was very detailed, gentle, and made sure I understood every step. What really stood out was that I never felt rushed or pressured at all. Even though I had my own schedule, the entire experience truly felt like my time. Another big plus -- they were very transparent with the products and tools they used. They showed me everything beforehand, including that everything was new and properly prepared, which made me feel even more comfortable and confident in the treatment. Why didn't anybody tell me about that when I was lubricating my credit card with tears? So I bit the bullet and called them to ask why.
