My sleep apnea is actually from CPTSD, and a brutal childhood. As a result I would clench and tense my body constantly and clench my throat every night causing my palate to squeeze, cutting off oxygen. Working with Dr. Lin, she has reduced my shoulder, neck and throat tension so much, that she cured my sleep apnea. I sleep throughout the night, every night without a single episode. Not only that. I walk around with such less body tension. I'm in less pain and discomfort, happier, more present. Absolutely life changing.

She's very caring and attentive to your issues and will do her best to help heal any problems you may be burden with. She's awesome!! At my job I do a lot of walking and standing on concrete. Up until my injury i wore work boots which I've now switch to regular shoes that resemble a boot. In 2015 I suffered from plantar fasciitis and it kicked my ass when I was at work. I went to Dr Lisa for acupuncture, & received some supplements that helped elevate the pain greatly. Due to me constantly being on my feet during the treatment(working 16hr shifts) the treatment only helped so much. Had I worked my regular 40 hours a week work days instead of 48 and sometimes 56 the treatment would have had a greater outcome. Right after treatment I felt revitalize, and my feet felt much much better. Her prices are not low and not super high. Very affordable for a middle class citizen. I would have continued to see her if it were not for my complicated/conflicting work schedule and her hours of operation. Which I don't condemn at all. We all have families and she does her best to work to your needs. My only con is that I wasn't able to see her more often due to work. It's been over a year since I last saw her & As of right now I feel aight!! Lol. My foot pain has not completely gone away. 16hr shifts hurt but a regular 8hr I can handle with ease. My plantar fasciitis has changed for the better & is not the 8-9/10 pain I felt before I saw Dr Lisa. One thing I will say about her is that she truly cares and will do her best to help pin point the cause of the problem and offer any solution that will help even if it is not her own practice.

My experience with Dr. Park was so deeply upsetting that it has taken me a year to be able to write…read morethis review. My husband and I scheduled appointments with Dr. Park as we both needed to find some peace from our anxiety and support as we began our IVF journey. Our infant son had passed away six months prior, and we wanted to do everything we could to support our fertility as we took this next step. We had to pursue IVF due to complications from my previous pregnancy. I also have a history of eating disorders that I have recovered from, but still need medical professionals to approach the issue sensitively to support my recovery and avoid triggering a relapse. These issues were all noted in my initial paperwork with Dr. Park, and given the reviews here, I expected to be treated with care. Instead, some of her first words to me were a gruff "You need to lose weight to have a baby." I am currently under the care of several OBGYNs and fertility specialists. There is no issue with my weight where pregnancy is concerned. I had literally just been pregnant six months before with no difficulty conceiving, but my son had died, leaving me with complications and an emotional hole in my heart. Instead of consulting my paperwork or taking the time to sensitively understand my needs, Dr. Park made callous assumptions about my body based on the way he thought it looked. I tried to explain that I was not here to address weight issues, but he argued with me, and then made similar statements about my husband's weight. Again, these are not issues we were here to treat, nor are they issues our doctors have asked us to treat. I felt my interactions with Dr. Park in this moment were very rude, insensitive, and ignored the actual concerns I was here to address. And I was being retraumatized over the loss of my son, AND having my eating disorder triggered. None of this helped my anxiety. After some more arguing, Dr. Park finally agreed to drop it if he didn't have to focus on fertility issues during the session, and I agreed. But, I felt horrible and anxious and my blood pressure was through the roof from the interaction (which is not normal for me). When I laid down on his table to begin the session, Dr. Park's cell phone rang out loud, and he literally left my session to go schedule an appointment for someone else. At this point, it was clear I would not be receiving any sort of treatment that made me feel cared for, heard, or like my needs were being addressed, and so we left. Dr. Park was clearly annoyed at us, but I figured he could deal with some annoyance now that I needed to go deal with the emotional fallout from his horrible comments. I would advise anyone seeking sensitivity as they pursue fertility support to go elsewhere. This was a terrible experience, and no patient should be treated the way we were.

I feel bad to be writing this relatively negative review because the acupuncturist and his daughter…read more(who helps her father manage the business, acting as the receptionist and bookkeeper) are very nice people and they were nice to me. However, the treatment was not effective at all, at least for me. Those who feel that the treatment was effective and you got your money's worth -- good, I am happy for you. But I feel that I ended up spending more than $2,000 for almost nothing. (call me a gullible idiot :-( ) Taking the time out of your busy schedule to lie down and relax for 40 minutes to an hour is probably conducive to improving your health (even without the needles in your skin), but you can totally do this at home inexpensively, rather than paying money just to do this on their treatment table. I did not experience any of the effects that they had described that their acupuncture treatment would have on me. Even after several weeks and months of treatment. I got tired of spending a lot of money and time with no visible results and eventually stopped going although there was pre-paid credit in my account. Maybe their treatment is effective for traumatic injuries. I don't know. I was not there for any physical injuries -- I was there to improve my circulation, which they said would result in a natural weight loss (which never occurred as you can tell from this review). Anyway, I would be wary of all these positive reviews on Yelp, because I certainly would not have felt comfortable writing this review while I was still going to this place. They really pay close attention to these things (All I could hear that they were talking about among themselves (while lying down on their treatment table) was how to market / advertise their clinic), and they know who you are, so it is easy for you to feel compelled to write a positive review to win their favor while you receive their treatment. Also, they are nice to you, so it does not feel right writing a bad review on them...
