Since the owner felt the need to "educate me" on EDDA- I want to be clearer. The so-called "qualified assistant" measured for and then seated a crown that was nearly 1cm above the gum line (didn't fit) and whatever she did to try to fix the bite (rather than admit the crown wasn't right to start with) did not even come close. Thats more than 1k down the drain, and I have tmj (which the office knew prior). Because of the bad work/bad bite, I had more problems than one can imagine. I not only ended up having to get the crown replaced, but get a root canal along with it due to the problems related to the bad crown/bad work....all of that came to an additional 3k. So, yeah, the state could say an 2-year trained administrative person that has "certain papers" is allowed to fly to the moon, but that doesn't mean an experienced astronaut would be wise to let them take over duties to command, navigate, and pilot a trip to the space station, especially if that person had far fewer credentials and seemingly zero experience. It is ultimately the dentist's duty to ensure that patients receive the SAME quality of care no matter who actually does the work. And there was zero supervision, and seemingly zero accountability. read more

My family went to Dr. Geving 2017-2018. Kris, the front desk person who answers the phone and bills insurance, always made sure we paid each and every time after a service before leaving the appointment. She is rude if you ask a question about the balance or want to wait to pay once insurance pays. Never have I left without being told I had to pay something! So, to my surprise I received a bill May 2019 from her office for charges back from 2017. Apparently, Gabby the woman who answered the phone, told me their software was messed up and now has been fixed, therefore; they are billing everyone from 2 years ago. Also, beware they are tacking on finance charges to the bill. It's obvious this office doesn't have their act together. The the dentist doesn't give a straight answer when a question is asked. FYI - She has no idea how insurance works as I asked her if I could wait getting a crown replaced. She asked why would you want to wait? I said our family didn't have dental insurance and would be on a plan within the next 2-3 months. She said Oh, I don't know why you would wait, I don't understand. Again, I explained I had no dental insurance. She walked me up to the front desk and asked Kris to look up the cash price for a crown. It was somewhere around $850.00 - She wrote the amount down and looked at me like it was only a few dollars. I left the office wondering if she had no inclination that $850.00 is a lot of money?!!l We haven't been back since. We have found a great dentist off Holly and Quebec. read more

This office keeps on sending me bills for appointments that I've cancelled. They send emails to confirm, I've selected the cancellation option and still receive bills. Please stop asking me for money! It's like a telemarketer that has my address and can refer me to collections. read more

If you're getting bonding on your teeth at this office, please make sure that the assistant matches the bonding to your teeth otherwise you will be left with different colored teeth!! I had bonding done to 6 teeth and between my gums & my teeth two colored teeth, it looked "Neapolitan". Dr Geving's assistant made absolutely no attempt to match the bonding material to the color of my teeth, which are white, not yellowed.... I don't even know if they have the ability to match different colors of teeth. They didn't even try! I went to Dr. Rodney Allen in Parker to have the work fixed and now my teeth are all perfectly white and beautiful. I highly recommend Dr. Rodney Allen DDS in Parker Colorado. Won't be back, sorry! No attention to detail and not good at cosmetic dentistry here. read more

I am a new patient and was pleasantly pleased with the outcome with my appointment today! Staff was very friendly and provided me with honest opinions about what would be best for my teeth! They were very gentle and never once was I in pain, following that they asked many times to make sure I was most comfortable! In the beginning, this seemed like a perfect fit, as time went on however the words Expensive, unorganized, and impractical come to mind. I complained about two separate teeth multiple times, and my concerns were consistently dismissed. I now have to have one of the those teeth pulled. The SAME tooth that they 'redid' a cavity filling on. The same tooth, that their hygienist tugged on repeatedly with her pick every time I had a cleaning, and they repeatedly told me it was 'fine'. We were supposed to have quotes sent to us for oral surgeon. Unless I would call repeatedly, there was no action taken on behalf of the office staff. This morning they called to tell my husband that he has and appointment tomorrow, however my husband never rescheduled from his last 6 month check up as we had lost our insurance and we were unsure of our future dental coverage etc. I immediately called them to cancel and they explained that we were going to be charged a $50 cancellation fee as it was less than 24 hrs from the appointment. That is Poor business practice to say the very least! They essentially set a trap where you will pay the $50 because THEY sent the reminder call out less than 24 hrs before his appointment. Now mind you, we have had to cancel in the past as my husband travels for work, and unfortunately we do know know when or where he will be 6 months from today. We do our best to make sure that we cancel more than 24 hrs before an appointment, but more times than not, our reminder calls are not even received until we are within the 24 hr window, thus we get 'flagged' for breaking appointments. I used to recommend them all the time, however since loosing my original hygienist, and the office staff's lack of organization, I can no longer recommend them. read more

Dr. Geving has taken care of my family's dental care for nearly two decades and I highly recommend her services. She is thorough, knowledgeable and all business but very open and approachable at the same time. I have never had trouble scheduling an appointment and have never had to wait past my scheduled time. Her staff is courteous and friendly and are always prepared for my arrival. Dr. Geving's advice on options for treatment has always been sound and her direction on early intervention has proven to be very economical. She is the first and only Dentist my children have ever seen and they still see her now that they are nearly grown. I expect that will continue. read more

Well your office gal Kris, can try to remember back over 2 years as to what happened but the bottom line is treating people in a professional manner. Seems like recent comments show your front office gal Kris is still rude and running off customers. Instead of making excuses for her rudeness you should be dealing with your internal problem. Great dentist! Friendly staff, very friendly and thorough hygienist (Lahn), office is a little hard to find, but I've never been to a dentist that had you in and out in under an hour with a cleaning, exam and x-rays. They start on time and finish on time, definitely coming back and would recommend!! read more

I went to my second appointment a week ago. In the lobby, a young man walked in. The gal at the front desk addressed him by saying Hi and a name I didn't catch. He did not respond to her at all. He walked into the office past her, then went to where the Chairs are where I got my teeth cleaned. Then he left. Returned a few minutes later. Gal at desk said hi again. He ignored her but he looked straight at me and nodded his head as if to say hey. From the time he passed me the first time there was a strong smell that seemed to just linger. It smelled like sour, burning my eyes. It seemed like he worked their. mAybe a lab guy. I was uncomfortable but the lady at front seemed to know him so I assumed he wasn't unknown or unwelcome. Our family has been seeing Dr. Anna Geving for about ten years. She has a personable bedside manner and we trust she has the talent and ability to gently complete any procedure needed. Dr. Geving is excellent at treating children, even as they grow into young adults. Our children feel comfortable enough to go to their dental visits on their own now which is nice. Today was an oddly weird day for me . For 30 years I have needed to get a ride to the dentist...just to get my teeth cleaned. Today, I chose to go in with no medication, no laughing gas, just me...to get a crown and fillings. Dr. Geving talked me through what she would do and I believed her. I believed it wouldn't hurt.
