Holly had a great plan for what she wanted to do with my yard, including the flowerbeds. One thing that I appreciated was that she used as much of the material that had been installed by the previous homeowner as possible. This minimized the amount of new shrubbery needed and kept the costs down. I was very pleased with the initial presentation and the No Limit crew maintained the yard completely from there on out. The owner is infectiously cordial and polite. In the spirit of truthfulness I will say that there was a small communication snag very early on. However, Holly handled the matter professionally and courteously and I was very impressed to say the least. Also, there were a couple of times where I had to follow-up about something that may not had gotten done on the last cut. They were always extremely receptive and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. Throughout the season it was a pleasure to come home every other Wednesday and see that our yard had been transformed into a beautiful almost scenic oasis. Whenever I did have a question about anything - usually to confirm receipt of my payment - Holly was prompt and again, courteous and professional. Verdict: No Limit is not one of those huge lawn care services with hundreds of residents in which you get lost as merely a number. I used Georgia Landscape for about 15 years for firewood but they stopped offering that service…read morelast year, so had to find another provider. The wood that I got from the provider last year was just fine but It wasn't a true cord. The big deal to me is when ordering a cord-what are you going to get? You'll find plenty of companies that deliver "by the truckload" and by "half cord/cord", etc. However if they tell you that they are selling a "cord" of wood, it is critical to know how they measure that cord. A true cord is 4'x4'x8' or 128 cubic feet. A typical full size pickup truck with 8' bed will hold at most about 1/2 cord. A "face" cord is 8'x4' with a typical length of wood about 16". So with a face cord you are only getting about 1/3 of a true cord. Be very careful and ask exactly what their definition is of a cord and only pay for what you want and expect to get. Now to Champion Yard Services. I found them on my Nextdoor App where they advertised the sale of wood. They showed pictures of the wood (like many companies do) and quoted prices for different sizes-1/2 cord, full cord and what it would cost to either deliver and stack, deliver and carry to a place not directly where they bring the truck to, or self pickup. They indicated that the cord size was a true cord or 4'x4'x8'= 128 cubic feet All costs were clearly disclosed-they hid nothing. I emailed them 2 times to make sure that the cord was a true cord in measurement and they assured me it was, so I ordered 2 cords and asked them to look at Google maps so they could see that my driveway was on a hill and my stacking point was up 12 steps and about 45 feet from the parking area. In other words, not the easiest delivery and I held my breath hoping that I'd get what I was paying for. They delivered as scheduled, one day after the order was made. The 2 cords of wood were in "cages" exactly as shown on the website and the wood was exactly like the pictures-no "file" photos-no tricks. In addition they sent 4 guys to haul the wood to my backyard. It wasn't an easy job (I've done it many times myself) and the guys worked very hard for about 2 hours without any complaints-very nice guys-all pleasant and very polite. The next day Jimmy the owner called to make sure that I was happy with the wood and the delivery. I can say without question I got exactly what I hoped to get-2 cords; the wood is clean, appears to be aged at least a year, no "scrapes" or tiny pieces of wood, no filler wood (pine) and exactly the length that was expected (about 16"-18"). I paid what I think was a fair price for the wood and the labor. I recommend them without any hesitation and will use them again. I hope that your experience will be as good as mine--

Laura (of JP Concrete Creations) steered us away from making so many mistakes. The first contractor tried to convince us to do the floor first, since it's the foundation. Laura quickly and intelligently dispelled this idea as horrible. After the drywall was done we saw why this would have been terrible. The original contractor just wanted the quick sale while Laura was willing to wait 4 months for us to get to the correct staining time, to complete the process. When the day came to actually start the father son team was fast, efficient, and careful with our home. We tested a few different ideas and ended up with a spectacular floor. My wife and I couldn't be happier. I am pretty sure if you had a bad experience with them it's due to setting and managing your expectations. The process is different than I expected but the results were phenomenal. Remember this process is applying art to a canvas built in haste by concrete people without any perfection standards. When we really cleaned our concrete and saw how terrible the original pour was we were so blown away by how well they hid the imperfections in the canvas. I met with Zach Hannah in early spring to discuss completing the landscaping, hardscaping, and drainage needs for our new house. The initial hardscaping completed by another contractor fell a bit short and didn't complement the area. Zach was one of only a few individuals that both returned my call in a timely manner and was willing to meet with us to discuss the project. We had conceptual drawings but really needed the expertise to bring our plans to reality. Zach provided detailed estimates with the overall cost being well in line with our expectations. Zach was with us the entire way, staying in touch, and making suggestions while organizing both the materials and labor to complete our project before late spring. Zach's team were always professional and always on time. The overall job site was kept organized and clean as our vision came to light. Zach was on the site daily giving us updates and checking in to make sure that we were satisfied with the result.
