To be honest it was still a little expensive considering they were driving from Wilmette to Northfield to Glencoe, but less than the other: $840 for a 3 hour minimum for a party bus of 28. We also didn't need it for the entire 3 hours, but the options I found were either one way or 3-4 hour minimums so this was the best deal. I found their communication to be stellar both via email and text. The bus driver was on time and the kids had no trouble locating the party bus when they came out of the dance and I've heard it was one of many party busses. A few of my daughter's friends hopped on for the way home and commented that this bus was way nicer than the one they took to the dance from another company. Overall, it was a success. The parents could have easily driven these kids ourselves, but the party bus elevated the experience and the kids all seemed to enjoy the VIP treatment.

After setting up a quote online, I was able to reserve the date and put down a deposit. All the policies were clearly explained and the communication was in a very timely manner. Since the limo was a surprise for my parents, I was able to note that when making the reservation, as well as select the stops and approximate timing for the day. I received confirmation reminders prior to the reservation. When the big day arrived, I received a text from Harris letting us know that he was down the street. He wanted to be sure that he didn't arrive too early and spoil the surprise. I was able to let him know how the timing was going, and he was ready with the door open as my parents came outside. They were so surprised that it didn't really sink in until they got inside and saw how incredible everything looked. There were waters and sodas with ice for us, and Harris had set the air at the perfect temperature. The ride to lunch was so smooth. Even in horrible Lake Shore Drive traffic, Harris navigated through the turns like a pro. He opened the doors for us and we agreed to communicate when we had 10-15 minutes of lunch remaining. Although getting our bill for lunch took longer than expected, Harris was so patient and had the limo ready when we finally made it downstairs. From there, we made a quick stop for photos at the church where my parents were married and then headed back home. Harris was absolutely outstanding for the whole afternoon and made the trip flawless. I will definitely be using The 312 Limo if I ever need a ride for a special occasion in the future. My parents are still gushing about how lovely it was, and it made the end to their 50th wedding anniversary celebrations truly memorable!

I asked the driver while we where waiting to turn the air on and he said it was and it would get colder when we were moving. Well it got hotter not cooler! The kids were all sweating as much as the adults! Upon arriving at the location we had to remove all of our belongings. At the agreed upon pick up time I went outside to NOT find the bus waiting and 15 minutes after the pick up time my driver called and stated " the bus is out front(it was not) and he sent the white one and its air conditioning works great and it is very nice, I sent you the big one." Well I found out by "Big One" he meant the BIG PIECE OF CRAP! Lights that did not work, no beverages, NO AIR CONDITIONING and it was close to 100, a hole in the wall where a stereo or something used to be, rips all over the seats, a filthy floor and a driver in jeans, a t-shirt and a visor. Let the sweating begin! At least in the first one the kids had the dance lights and the dancing poles to occupy their time. This one was well lets just see how much you can sweat. Needless to say what was supposed to be the big highlight of my daughters birthday party was a 700 dollar let down and a waste of money. For what I was looking for, they offered the best pricing, and I assumed they would know the area as their office was close to our destinations. Over the phone for the booking, I felt like they took a lot of notes for the details/requests. I had a couple of things that did cause some frustration. 1. Multiple charges to my credit card. (They accidentally charged me for each quote instead of the final amount) It took several calls and emails to get them to refund the overcharge payment. 2. Upon booking, I was given one driver's contact information. As I was trying to organize wedding guests, I provided the original driver contact information to guests. A different driver called me the day of the event. It didn't appear that he received all of the notes for the event. As I was in the midst of being busy with wedding prep, my maid of honor took control to get everything/everyone organized . Another positive: The car we booked was the car received. The car was clean, and everyone got to/from the event safely. Driver was friendly.
