Came to my rescue with lots of cold bottled water (super important during a wedding as everyone seems to be dying of thirst), had plenty of beer for the wedding party to party with as we made our way to our destinations, and finally had a red carpet champagne toast that was super cool for pictures. To be honest it was still a little expensive considering they were driving from Wilmette to Northfield to Glencoe, but less than the other: $840 for a 3 hour minimum for a party bus of 28. We also didn't need it for the entire 3 hours, but the options I found were either one way or 3-4 hour minimums so this was the best deal. I found their communication to be stellar both via email and text. The bus driver was on time and the kids had no trouble locating the party bus when they came out of the dance and I've heard it was one of many party busses. A few of my daughter's friends hopped on for the way home and commented that this bus was way nicer than the one they took to the dance from another company. Overall, it was a success. The parents could have easily driven these kids ourselves, but the party bus elevated the experience and the kids all seemed to enjoy the VIP treatment.

Drivers did not seem knowledgeable about the routes, and even went to the wrong location at one point, refusing to listen to the passengers who pointed out their error. Another bus dropped passengers off in the wrong location, though luckily only a few blocks away. Overall, 312 Limo was incredibly disorganized and unprofessional! Absolutely wild response from Dan! At the agreed upon pick up time I went outside to NOT find the bus waiting and 15 minutes after the pick up time my driver called and stated " the bus is out front(it was not) and he sent the white one and its air conditioning works great and it is very nice, I sent you the big one." Well I found out by "Big One" he meant the BIG PIECE OF CRAP! Lights that did not work, no beverages, NO AIR CONDITIONING and it was close to 100, a hole in the wall where a stereo or something used to be, rips all over the seats, a filthy floor and a driver in jeans, a t-shirt and a visor. For what I was looking for, they offered the best pricing, and I assumed they would know the area as their office was close to our destinations. Over the phone for the booking, I felt like they took a lot of notes for the details/requests. I had a couple of things that did cause some frustration. 1. Multiple charges to my credit card. (They accidentally charged me for each quote instead of the final amount) It took several calls and emails to get them to refund the overcharge payment. 2. Upon booking, I was given one driver's contact information. As I was trying to organize wedding guests, I provided the original driver contact information to guests. A different driver called me the day of the event. It didn't appear that he received all of the notes for the event. As I was in the midst of being busy with wedding prep, my maid of honor took control to get everything/everyone organized . Another positive: The car we booked was the car received.
