I've visited Classico Italiano twice now, during separate visits to Germany and the food is consistently delicious. To start, we ordered the Carpaccio. I've had this appetizer at several other places in the past and Piazza Nova's certainly outshines in taste and freshness. For dessert, we split the Amaretto Sundae made with scoops of amaretto & chocolate gelato and topped with whipped cream, amaretto flavored wafers, amaretto liquor & chocolate shavings. This dessert is decadent but very deliciously so. The wafers became soaked with the amaretto liquor and added a nice texture to the wonderful softness of the gelato. A 5 star dessert.
