They're always having little events and promotions and lots of customers bring their dogs. They have a good selection of both dog and cat items. My thing recently has been the pouches of cat food for extra hydration. My cats like the Weruva brand of those so I like to get them here. For some reason I always have better luck buying some cat food from the store rather than ordering by the case online, though of course I do that too. I've also picked up quite a few mousie and catnip and silver vine toys for my cats--silver vine has been kind of a revelation btw. I've even gotten a few dog treats up at the front register for friends' dogs. The single dental treats are hard to resist and the dogs like them. The people are always friendly and happy to offer recommendations. I have multiple sources for my pet needs, but I'm always happy to give Mac's my business. Can't say it enough.

I'm always happy to see Fromm foods presented as a great option for feeding pets. You will also find plenty of treat options as well as toys and grooming supplies. It seemed heavily focused towards dogs so keep that in mind. I'm not sure if they have plans on branching out, but for me that's not a big issue. I have plenty of outlets for rabbit and fish supplies. It seems that they are still feeling out the hours as I popped in technically after closing. But I was told if the sign is on it's ok to come on in The owner is really friendly and there is a nice rewards program that is free to sign up for, and no carrying extra bills cards and keychain tags. All the information is tracked in the system and printed right onto the receipt. It's clean, easy to navigate and reasonably priced.

It is an older space filled with many aisles and supplies so it's a bit tight in there but nice to have lots of options. My dog loved going in and checking out all the bones and toys they had out. To anyone considering buying a puppy . I have bought a puppy from here 2 different times…read more Each time I was dealt with in a very nice manner. The 1st one was what they refer to as a "Teddy". When I took him to my vet and they checked him, I was told he was in very good health and as I continued to own him, he was in very good health. He adjusted well to the 2 cats I owned and they adjusted to him. Then in May of 2014 I purchased another puppy. She was a mixture of cocker spaniel / black labrador from her mother and Border Collie from her father. Again I was treated very nicely and again when I took her to my vet they told me she is a healthy puppy and a real cutie . I bought her at 8 weeks of age just as I had of the previous one and I have to say she has been the sweetest dog, she will be going on 3yrs old and Never has she growled or snarled at me. She is very affectionate and obedient. She is house trained and she is extremely quiet even from the 1st day I brought her home. I expected because she was away from her many siblings she would naturally whimper an whine throughout the night but much to my surprise she never did and she has remained to be silent when I put her in her cage at night to sleep. She is great with little children and adults. I have been one of the fortunate buyers who has never had 1 problem with the people at Puppy World. I got all of the paper work and it showed where she came from and it showed her medical records. All of the above reasons is why I gave them a 5 star rating. I hope if you decide to buy a puppy, your dealing with them will be as good as mine has been and I wish you much happiness with your new puppy. Ps. Every time I have been there it has always been very clean and if a puppy had an accident, it was cleaned up immediately and I watched them do the cleaning and it smelled very clean an pleasant. The employees have always been polite with me and so has the owner been. I appreciate the good service. Sincerely, Kathy Hmilowicz

From start to finish, my dog's grooming session was nothing short of outstanding. Katherine's skill and passion for her work were evident from the moment we arrived. She greeted us with a warm smile and immediately put my pet at ease, which is no small feat considering how goofy an anxious our doodle can sometimes be. Katherine did a fantastic job with our dog Guinness, who is 120 lbs and requires a lot of work. Despite his size and needs, Katherine handled him with grace and professionalism, exceeding our expectations at every turn. Katherine even went above and beyond for us. While I was on maternity leave, she would get our dog in and out of the car even in the rain & snow so I wouldn't have to bring both the dog & baby in. She even got our dog a gift when she found out we were moving. We have never had such a wonderful experience with groomers before, we highly recommend Community Bark and Katherine.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Community Bark…read more I was running late picking up my dog, and I understand that the staff needed to contact me. However, the staff continued calling my husband even though they had been told to contact me directly. I was not receiving any calls on my phone, while my husband was receiving them. He works in the field and was not in a position to answer the calls. I called Community Bark myself because I knew I was running late and wanted to find out how much I would be charged. During the call, the young lady I spoke with repeatedly asked, "Will you be here in 10 minutes?" I explained that I lived about 20 minutes away and asked again about the cost. She continued focusing on when I would arrive instead of answering my question. Eventually, she gave me the price. What happened next was completely unacceptable. Before hanging up, she called me a "fucking bitch." I was shocked and extremely upset that an employee would speak to a customer that way. I called back and asked who I was speaking with. The person told me she was the owner. I asked if she was the same person I had just spoken with, and she said no. I explained what had happened and told her that something needed to be done about the employee's behavior. She asked me what I thought she should do. I told her that, as the owner, that decision was hers to make. I explained that this was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. My dog has been coming to Community Bark for years, and until this incident, I had always had a positive experience with the customer service. What concerns me most is that I now feel uncomfortable bringing my dog back. I am worried about possible retaliation or that something could happen to my dog because of this complaint. I should not have to feel that way about a business I have trusted with my pet for years. The conversation with the owner was also very uncomfortable. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and I was left with the impression that nothing would happen regarding the employee's behavior. I am extremely disappointed that an employee felt it was acceptable to use such offensive and disrespectful language toward a customer. I hope Community Bark takes this complaint seriously and addresses the situation appropriately. No customer should be spoken to this way, regardless of the circumstances. I would appreciate a response explaining how this matter will be addressed and what steps will be taken to ensure that customers are treated respectfully in the future. She did offer to waive the late fee, but I insisted on paying it because we were late, and I understood that this was the business's policy. I will be looking for another Doggie business to care for my pup. That young lady should have been fired on the SPOT!!!.
