I was in search of a dog walker who was compassionate, well informed, and genuinely passionate about taking care of dogs (to soothe both my dog's anxiety and my own!). The trend these days is to use dog walking apps for supposed convenience and many people recommended these to me - but I had a gut feeling that Frida would benefit most from working with a consistent walker - someone who was interested in getting to know her quirks and to form a relationship that might improve her anxiety while I was at work.
