That's me, and my big anxious lug'of'a'dog. They were so gracious. So professional. So down-to-earth and most of all, they cared for my dog like he was one of their own. I'm not sure which one of us was more nervous, but they calmed the both of us by answering any and all questions I had (and there were many!) He ventured in with his own blanket and toy to keep him company and was given playtime and lots of love. The moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and we felt at ease. The day we dropped him off Inknew he was going to be well cared for and my mind was at ease while we were away with family for the holiday. Thank you SO much for taking care of the furriest member of our family. We appreciate you so much!

Extremely difficult to get an appointment. I called today right when they opened, was told 2 times…read moreI could come in, then told oops, no times are available. They put me on hold then claimed a bunch of other people in their tiny office were on the phone and snatched up all these same day sick pet appointments During the three minutes we were on the phone. This is the second time I was unable to get my dog in for a visit when she was sick. They can't even schedule a sick visit a day or two out!! For well visits, I have had to wait over a month. This same team seems to staff two offices, but clearly is spread too thin. Perhaps they prioritize the other office, or maybe it is just as difficult to get in there. Whatever, I will reduce their patient load by one. It irks me that I paid up front for a year-long wellness plan at a place that is too understaffed to actually see my dog, sick or well.

From day one, their balance of patience and firm guidance has made all the difference--not just for Dally, but for me as an owner. They truly understand the breed and know exactly when to be gentle and when to be direct. Dally responds so well to their training style, and for the first time, I feel like my dog is not just learning commands--He's thriving. His confidence, focus, and behavior have improved beyond what I hoped for. What I appreciate most is that Josh and Cassie don't just train the dog--they involve and educate the owner every step of the way. I feel empowered, not overwhelmed. If you're looking for dog trainers who are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly passionate about what they do, I can't recommend Josh and Cassie enough. They've helped bring out the best in Dally, and I'm so grateful.

We currently have a 3 year old large lab that is also a rescue and we're looking to adopt a friend for him. We live in the country on a half acre. We have a 8ft privacy fence in closing our backyard. We drove down over a hour to me one of their rescue. He was a st. Bernard Shepard mix. When we got their we tried to talk with the volunteers and it was like we bothering them. This puppy was in the rescue with his bother and it was immediately apparent that he was dependent the other. I asked several times if they bonded pair and they were very dismissive. We ask how long they have had them them and their response was why would you ask that. After doing a meet and greet we told them we would take them both as we feared they would not do well separate. We put in our application and waited to see when they could do a meet and greet with our lab. After a week and several email their director finally call and was again super dismissive and we almost annoyed that they would have to come to our house. We even offered to do a video walk through. She didn't like that we questioned the fact that we wanted both because of what we saw and how attached they were. She said she would go discuss with the board. This evening she sent an email saying that we would be a great home but we should look at another rescue that was compatible to us. All to say they didn't like us questioning them. In all my years of working with animals I have never see a rescue act like this. I hope that someone there reads this and they reevaluate the way they acted.
