Right from the beginning Mariela was very fast in her correspondence and was very flexible when we had to switch our initial consultation time. When Mariela and Martha came for the consultation, our 2 dogs took an immediate liking to them, which surprised us because both dogs are rescue dogs and are usually really weary of strangers. By the end of our 30 minute consultation in which Mariela asked many questions about the behaviors and the patterns of the dogs, the 2 dogs were snuggling with Mariela and Martha. During my trip away, I got numerous updates from Martha about the dogs' well being and she also accommodated my request to open/close blinds and turn on/off lights as well as take out trash in order to make my house look occupied. When I came home, I saw daily reports that Martha had written out about her time with the dogs.
