Our Bernedoodle, Maverick, had an awesome grooming! He's a big guy and can sometimes be a handful, but Anna and her team knew what to do to keep him calm so that they can give him the perfect experience. She left him looking cute and happy! Anna is also great to communicate and work with! Highly recommend! read more

Tergeo Mobile Grooming - My baby Maurice after being groomed - Pet Groomers Near Me

I' didn't want to poop on this business but I have to. My wife has been using them for over a year and a half. Every time we book an appointment they text 1hr prior saying they will be late then they are 15 mins out saying they will be a few mins more. Well my wife is a very nice person and this has happened every time. This last time they were supposed to come on a Friday morning might have been a Thursday. Well they called and canceled. I took time off my work day to be there. NO SHOw. The owner then texted my wife and asked if she could come on a Saturday morning we made sure we were there. She was late of course then shows up. Then tells my wife she doesn't have a place to park. She could have parked in our driveway or at least asked where else she could park. Well that didn't happen and she just drove away and told my wife she couldn't do the job. If I ran my company this way I wouldn't have a job. She is full of excuses same one more than once. We will never use her again. It is sad because our dogs like her. I do wish her the best but she will never get better unless she stops the excuses. read more

At first she was very nice and it seemed like it would be a good experience. But ultimately she was unprofessional, tried to cancel last minute more than once, and in the end she backed out due to faulty equipment wiring. read more

Terrible experience! We booked an appointment a week in advance and planned our entire weekend around it. They were supposed to arrive at 3 PM, but they kept delaying--first to 4 PM, then to 5 PM. At least they kept me updated, but still, we had to wait around all day for them. When they finally arrived, they didn't seem very friendly. I handed them my dog--an Australian Shepherd, 5 years old, very fluffy, and completely used to grooming. He's been groomed countless times before without any issues. But within five minutes, they texted me saying he was being aggressive and needed a muzzle. That was surprising, but I figured maybe something bothered him. Then, just one minute later, they said I might need to come get him. Another minute after that, they told me to pick him up because--get this--his fur was releasing "dust" that was making it hard for them to breathe. When I arrived, the groomer was coughing and told me she had asthma and couldn't brush him because it was bad for her health. Honestly, if you have severe respiratory issues, maybe grooming isn't the right profession? Or at the very least, shouldn't you warn clients in advance if there's a chance you won't be able to groom their dog? Not all dogs are perfectly clean before grooming--that's literally the point of the service! To make things worse, she also commented that he "smelled like urine." Okay... and? Isn't that why we're paying for a groomer? To wash, brush, and clean him properly? Overall, this was a complete waste of time. They were late, they didn't do their job, and my dog ended up with zero grooming. A full day ruined for nothing. If they only take perfectly clean, hypoallergenic dogs, they should state that upfront. read more

Ana did a great job with Ricky. It was our first time using a mobile groomer and we were more than happy with the results and convenience. His coat length was very even all around and she did teeth, glands and nails as well. He smelled great and even got a necktie. Prices are very competitive and it only took about an hour. We would recommend Ana for your own fur babies. read more

Ana and team are AMAZING at what they do! Our mastiff doesn't love baths or getting her nails trimmed. No problem with her letting Anna do it, though! She immediately established rapid trust with our big gal, and did a wonderful job! We will definitely be having her back again! read more

Ana is incredibly patient, kind and definitely makes sure that your fur baby is comfortable. I was nervous in finding a groomer due to one of my pups being a bit of a challenge. He gets incredibly nervous which leads to him barking and running away. But Ana makes sure that he feels comfortable and safe. It's been baby steps ever since the first appointment and he's getting much better due to Ana's patience with him. With my other pup it has been a great experience as well. Ana always leaves him all pampered up and smelling very nice! Highly recommend Ana's services, thank you Ana! read more

Ana is amazing!!!! She is an animal lover and our puppy Slater loves her! It was his very first grooming experience and he handled it so well because Ana was patient with him and was so gentle with him! We are extremely pleased with his grooming, he got a bath with a sani-trim, with a few spots to trim around his eyes so we could see his beautiful eyes. Ana takes care of our other 2 dogs grooming needs as well and we are always thoroughly pleased! Love supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs! read more

They are the best - very professional and you can tell they love their job (and the pups ). We got our pittie and husky/shepherd mix bathed and nails trimmed in record time! Usually it takes me almost an hour each at a self-wash and they still don't smell or feel as clean as they did after seeing Ana! Plus, I end up soaked and then covered in dog hair from the blow dryer.. And still I usually end up having to let my husky mix finish drying in the sun when we get home lol. And nail trims at home? I'd be lucky to get all 4 paws in one go without traumatizing our pups They were even able to take care of our foster pittie, who can be picky with people and definitely snappy (even with us) when you try to touch/hold his paws. Forgot to get a pic of all 3 cleaned up and smelling good, but we'll be customers forever so I'll get pics next time lol.. They save me so much time and do such an amazing, thorough job! read more

Love love love Ana! Our first grooming appointment went wonderfully, and you can tell she is a dog person from the very start. Despite both our pups shaking in the beginning, as they've never been professionally groomed, they were both happy and excited when we saw them at the end, and our girl Sadie even wanted to stay with Ana instead of coming inside. We have an especially hard time with nail trims, as it's impossible to see where to cut their dark nails, but we were super impressed with Ana's work and will be using her for the future! read more
