I' didn't want to poop on this business but I have to. My wife has been using them for over a year and a half. Every time we book an appointment they text 1hr prior saying they will be late then they are 15 mins out saying they will be a few mins more. Well my wife is a very nice person and this has happened every time. This last time they were supposed to come on a Friday morning might have been a Thursday. Well they called and canceled. I took time off my work day to be there. NO SHOw. The owner then texted my wife and asked if she could come on a Saturday morning we made sure we were there. She was late of course then shows up. Then tells my wife she doesn't have a place to park. She could have parked in our driveway or at least asked where else she could park. Well that didn't happen and she just drove away and told my wife she couldn't do the job. If I ran my company this way I wouldn't have a job. She is full of excuses same one more than once. We will never use her again. It is sad because our dogs like her. I do wish her the best but she will never get better unless she stops the excuses. read more

Terrible experience! We booked an appointment a week in advance and planned our entire weekend around it. They were supposed to arrive at 3 PM, but they kept delaying--first to 4 PM, then to 5 PM. At least they kept me updated, but still, we had to wait around all day for them. When they finally arrived, they didn't seem very friendly. I handed them my dog--an Australian Shepherd, 5 years old, very fluffy, and completely used to grooming. He's been groomed countless times before without any issues. But within five minutes, they texted me saying he was being aggressive and needed a muzzle. That was surprising, but I figured maybe something bothered him. Then, just one minute later, they said I might need to come get him. Another minute after that, they told me to pick him up because--get this--his fur was releasing "dust" that was making it hard for them to breathe. When I arrived, the groomer was coughing and told me she had asthma and couldn't brush him because it was bad for her health. Honestly, if you have severe respiratory issues, maybe grooming isn't the right profession? Or at the very least, shouldn't you warn clients in advance if there's a chance you won't be able to groom their dog? Not all dogs are perfectly clean before grooming--that's literally the point of the service! To make things worse, she also commented that he "smelled like urine." Okay... and? Isn't that why we're paying for a groomer? To wash, brush, and clean him properly? Overall, this was a complete waste of time. They were late, they didn't do their job, and my dog ended up with zero grooming. A full day ruined for nothing. If they only take perfectly clean, hypoallergenic dogs, they should state that upfront. read more

They are the best - very professional and you can tell they love their job (and the pups ). We got our pittie and husky/shepherd mix bathed and nails trimmed in record time! Usually it takes me almost an hour each at a self-wash and they still don't smell or feel as clean as they did after seeing Ana! Plus, I end up soaked and then covered in dog hair from the blow dryer.. And still I usually end up having to let my husky mix finish drying in the sun when we get home lol. And nail trims at home? I'd be lucky to get all 4 paws in one go without traumatizing our pups They were even able to take care of our foster pittie, who can be picky with people and definitely snappy (even with us) when you try to touch/hold his paws.
