The second time it was quite busy so it felt a little rushed. After a few days we noticed our dog kept scratching his ears then when he was laying on back we realized he still had cotton balls inside his ears that were never removed by groomer. We called to let the manager know and they didn't seem to care. We understand that mistakes can happen but he could've gotten an ear infection had we not noticed in time. Would recommend if you come here you to check your dog's ears when picking them up to ensure all items are removed.

All staff we've ever come into contact with have been INCREDIBLY nice. The building and waiting area is also very clean and nice. I've noticed at other groomers that there tends to be quite a bit of a smell, but have never noticed that here. They are super fast - both times took less than 90 minutes, but I never feel like they cut corners. He always gets a deshed and it's always done beautifully. Bonus points for the fact that every time my boy has gone in, he's come home with a bandana and a bowtie. Literally amazing. Thank you so much for existing in my area!!! From the very first visit, MJ and Neda have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They truly set the standard for what a great grooming experience should be -- not just for the pets, but for the owners too. My dog is a very anxious pup, especially around new people and noises, but the team here has always treated him with such patience, care, and kindness. They really take their time to make sure he feels comfortable and safe, which means the world to me. Every time I pick him up, he looks fantastic -- his coat is soft, clean, perfectly trimmed, and he smells amazing. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay close attention to every little detail. What also stands out is how easy and stress-free it is to book appointments. Their scheduling process is super convenient, and MJ and Neda are always so accommodating when I need to make changes or fit in an appointment last minute. They're genuinely some of the nicest people you'll ever meet -- professional, kind, and clearly passionate about animals. Even after moving to San Diego, I still make the two-hour drive each way every month just to bring my dog here. That probably says it all! Had pretty much expected to shave her since she was living her best life being dirty and free. So we did. It took our groomer about 3 hours to shave her. But when we got her back, we could tell she hadn't been mistreated. There are times when we get her back and she skittish or jumpy. She was perfectly fine. I did ask her to cotton ball her ears so she wouldn't get an ear infection since she's prone to those. She didn't get one. She looks so cute, Is so soft, and smells good. She did exactly what I asked her to do. 10/10 Will definitely be using them again! Great price for being mobile grooming!
