**UPDATE** After…read morethis review posted, Red Carpet Tailor reached out to me which WAS NOT expected! He was so kind and took the time to hear me out. Let me tell you something, A LOT of the time, business owners/managers see reviews and NEVER respond to them. This reach out speaks VOLUMES to the integrity of this business. That means alot to me! The next time I need an alteration, I WILL give Red Carpet Tailor ago! I walked into Red Carpet Tailor on Douglas Monday morning needing a simple side slit extension. The lady behind the counter was very nice. However, I am very shocked at the price tag for this alteration. Literally, extending an already existing slit in a Chef coat by 3" on each side should not cost $50.16! I could understand if I was needing same day service, but I asked to pick it up in 4 days. To add insult to injury, the coat wasn't even steamed for the price paid. Disappointed

She said "i…read moredont know you won't be able to find estimates anywhere" and when I rebutted and said I have gotten estimates she replied with "well then just go with them". Sincerely an extremely sad bride. I will never recommend friends here due to just that small conversation alone. The disrespect was so unnecessary for our FIRST conversation that lasted literally 1 minute.
