An unopened, untouched Roy Rogers radio record player, still waiting for someone to press play for the very first time. They leave unnecessary trash laying around outside and leave items out in the rain including electronics with important data. They undersell your belongings to friends before the estate sale or purchase it themselves at the prices they set. They share personal information such as medical history with people in the community. This was an extremely bad experience that made my grieving process much worse than necessary. Incredibly unprofessional and I can't state this enough.

The selection is truly impressive, from literal Victorian clothing, to 1970's disco jumpsuits. My daughter found a gorgeous dress with a black tulle skirt and red satin rhinestone embellished sash for only ten bucks! But the real star of the show was the girl who worked there & I wish I'd gotten her name. She had short dark hair & was the sweetest, most wonderful young woman. She couldn't have known how much her kindness mattered, but it did. We have just moved here & my daughter is having a tough time, worrying about whether or not she'll fit in or be happy here. This salesperson was precisely the kind of person my daughter admires and we talked briefly about anime and video games and...maybe it didn't seem like much to her, but it meant a lot to us.
