I met the owner when she came to my home to measure for wood shutters. I needed something to help with the heat coming in through a bay window. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process of how long it would take, how much the shutters would cost. She was also extremely personable and friendly. I had to wait a few weeks for them to be made but love the so much. The installation took about 3 hours and the gentleman was very professional and took great care to pick up any trash from the boxes. They aren't cheap but they will last for as long as I do! This place is a rip off. She raised the price after she started on my project. Her own worker [Larry] said she was not a fair person. It took almost 4 months for her to complete my work and it still not right. I will never be back. I think she is a crook, and so do the people that work for her. I will have to take my seats somewhere else to complete what they messed up. This was a very bad experience. Almost 4 months waiting on my work to be completed by them. This place is horrible. I had some work done on some seats that took almost 4 months to complete. We were told what supplies to order, and the down payment to start the work. We got a written receipt of what we would owe after the job was completed. I made multiple trips to check on the work. The guy doing the work told us that the mean lady that owned the shop would not let him stay over to complete the work. When the work was finally completed almost 4 months later. We paid him what we thought we owed him. He said the lady that owned the shop needed an extra $300.00. We did not think this was fair, but we wanted our work completed. I will never let them do anything else for me. I still noticed some things that are not complete, but I don't want to go back. The way Larry talks about his boss, I don't know why he works there. He has nothing nice to say about her. This is a sorry run operation. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. read more
