They did EVERYTHING, and I mean everything, to make our wedding as stress-free and smooth as possible. A short list of everything they did included: meeting with us by phone multiple times in the months leading up to our wedding; helping us create our day-of timeline; coordinated with all of our vendors in the final month before our wedding; transporting items to and from our venue on the day of; setting up centerpieces and other items; running back to our hotel when I forgot my dress socks and watch; and who knows what else behind-the-scenes! TLDR: Best decision we made in our wedding planning was working with Sara…read more.. There are not enough words to describe how incredible Sara is. When it comes to crafting a statement event, Sara sets the standard for excellence and perfection. From the very beginning, it is clear how knowledgeable she is, always keeping our best interests at the heart of what she does. Not only did she help us to remain fantastically organized, introduced us to the ultimate A+ team of vendors, and ensure we made timely and smart decisions, but she quickly became a confidante, friend, and true partner during the planning process. Sara started us off from day one with a clear checklist & timeline leading up to our wedding weekend. She made sure that we immediately locked in the big vendors... introducing us to our visionary photographer, Jaymo James, to the extremely talented Jenna Wynne Band at Hank Lane, who brought such energy & set the tone for what was the best weekend of our lives; in addition to our florist, Ivie Joy who is a creative genius and the kindest soul, and to so many others we loved working with - we wouldn't have changed a thing! It is evident through these relationships and the meetings with all of our vendors how respected and cherished Sara is in the industry. Throughout the months leading up, Sara was ontop of the little details and made sure everything we wanted incorporated in our day came to fruition! From joining us at invitation meetings, to dress fittings, and even our tasting, Sara was by our side for every step and memory, big or small. She was always there to answer the phone, a text or email when we needed her, and was infectiously calm, cool, and collected through every challenge and win! I can say with complete certainty and gratitude that Sara made our dream weekend come true and it would not have been possible without her. Sara is the kind of person who you WANT on your team, down to earth, super loyal, and always there for you knowing when you need a laugh or just an ear to vent to! I am so grateful to have met her, learned from her, and now to call her a friend for life!

Where can we begin with Sara!? There is no better (or cooler) wedding planner out there. Before we…read moreeven officially hired her, she was already advising us on the most important aspects of our wedding - like the venue and the band (both of which were AMAZING thanks you Sara's advice). Sara was quick to immediately help us select our major vendors right after we booked our venue. In what would have felt like a sea of options, Sara narrowed down for us who the best vendors would be for our desired vibe and venue. Her institutional knowledge, vendor connections, and innate ability to see (and ultimately execute) the ambiance you want to create is uncanny. Sara's checklist of wedding tasks kept us on track so that we never felt stressed in what is inherently a stressful process, and she was with us every step of the way. Not only did we have countless phone calls and zooms, but she also attended every floral, linen, band, lighting, and venue meeting (and even my last dress fitting), always knowledgeably answering my questions and suggesting new and creative ideas. She came up with the most amazing idea to line our venue's ceiling above the dance floor with twinkle lights and made it work with her connections to her lighting vendor. On wedding day, she took 15 months of me reciting tons of discrete details and ensured everything was executed PERFECTLY. I never felt stressed throughout the entire day. She was beyond on top of it and ahead of everything I could have asked for. Our vendors were all amazing (and we just got our photographs back, which we love, thanks to Sara's recommendation of Juan at Anthony Vasquez), and our friends and family thought it was one of the most fun and beautiful weddings they ever attended. Her team always had someone with both my and my husband, and Sara was everywhere all at once. The weekend was truly flawless. Not only is she amazing at wedding planning and connecting you to the absolute best vendors in the industry, she is down to earth, fun, and just gets it! I would have paid double to have Sara if needed, but she really is priceless. Best decision ever (and now I have a new friend for life)!

Our celebration had 100 guests coming to Westchester, NY from all over the world, with a ceremony at the historic Old Dutch Church in Sleepy Hollow and the reception at Windrose-on-Hudson. Featuring a blend of different cultural traditions and fully bilingual events, this wedding had a lot of moving parts! With Unruffled as our Month-Of Coordinators, everything came off perfectly. We had the pleasure of working with both Emily and Kritzie in our planning sessions. Kritzie, Genesis, and Robert took care of us on the big day. The Unruffled team could not have been more thoughtful, patient, accommodating, and attentive. From the welcome questionnaire to the planning meetings to the site visits to the rehearsal to the wedding day itself, they were not only organized and helpful, but a very calming presence. Their deep attention to detail allowed us to trust that everything big and small would get taken care of, and everything indeed came out perfectly. Because Kritzie and Emily really took the time to get to know us, they were able to make many helpful suggestions throughout the planning process (and during the wedding day itself) that perfectly aligned with and complemented our vision for the event. Kritzie did a great job working with our other vendors, including our reception venue, where we were the first wedding they ever held. On the wedding day, Kritzie and Genesis kept everything moving smoothly without being intrusive at all. We were able to really enjoy our wedding because we knew they had everything well in hand. Robert took amazing video of our private Tea Ceremony (before the professional videographer arrived), and was on top of troubleshooting any minor hiccups throughout the day (clutch job quickly fixing the cocktail hour speaker!). Our families, the church, the reception venue, and our vendors also uniformly (and completely unprompted!) told us that Kritzie and the whole team were the best wedding coordinators that they had ever worked with - high praise indeed! We consider ourselves lucky to have worked with Kritzie, Emily, Genesis, and Robert. I can't stop thinking about how spectacular and perfect and fun our wedding was, and that was in no small part due to their help! We are very grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you!

From the moment I spoke with her, I could tell that she was someone I could trust to make sure that our day was amazing. I am a perfectionist to a fault, and I had very specific ideas and needs for the wedding. I was worried that I wouldn't find someone who could do as good a job as I could with organization, delegation, and accuracy. But she remembered every single detail. She also handled some larger issues - such as helping me with the shuttles. We needed shuttles for 130 people to leave the venue at essentially the same time - and I could not find a 3rd shuttle. She was able to book me an additional coach bus within 4 days of the wedding - that honestly saved the day. I also asked her to come to the florist with us so she could see our 'vision', since it was a bit more than just putting flowers on tables. When I arrived at the venue, I saw that she took our vision and made it even better! She added touches of gold and lights and greenery in places I didn't think to decorate, and it looked amazing. She was with me the entire night, keeping the sleeves of my dress from falling, helping me with eyedrops when I couldn't see, and constantly checking in with our band, maître d', and photographers to make sure everything was running smoothly. She got us through the mid-reception family photos (which I thought would be a disaster time-wise) so quickly, and was truly managing the time for the entire night. All of the vendors raved about her, and said her communication and precision was impeccable - and that she had great improvisation skills for whenever things did go a bit astray. I didn't have to worry about anything the entire evening, and that was the best feeling ever. Veronica is great at what she does - which is making sure your day is amazing. She is professional, great at communication, and she makes you feel safe. You can trust her completely, and know that your day will be in the best hands possible.

My husband and I decided to get married in Chicago. I wanted a simple wedding with good food and beverages and originally decided to do all of the planning.
