I chose a $25 potted flower. Her relative was not speaking. English tried to give me a large shopping bag to carry the plant out of the store with. I told her no can you please wrap it and she goes oh we don't wrap that and I said this is a gift. She took out some wrinkled red paper and started to prepare it to wrap the plant. I told her please don't use that that's very distasteful as a gift. I asked her to use some pink paper that she had on the shelf. She said no I paid two dollars for each paper. I couldn't believe she said that to me. I insisted she used the pink paper and she reluctantly wrapped the gift sloppily and then put a gold thin ribbon and I'm very sloppy manner. If I hadn't paid for the plant prior to her wrapping it, I would've walked out of there. It's very rude to think that somebody would give a gift without it being wrapped the whole point of a florist is to get a nice gift for someone and for them to wrap it in a pretty manner.

In the middle are flowers and plants that you can choose for them to customize a bouquet for you. Simple as that. Everything is affordable here and the workers are friendly. I know how often I get flowers from my BF, it's almost weekly. This spot is not busy at all...as there are other flower shops on Bell Blvd where all the foot traffic is. I don't know -- I guess I got irked when she was so "business" and could feel that she was feigning friendliness. It just kind of bugs me that he's a frequent there, and the owner doesn't even acknowledge him as one. This is the reason for the 4 stars. I'm not bougie by any means, but show a little customer appreciation...c'mon! The other worker who does the customization bouquets knows him well...she greeted him as if she was cool with him.
