From the start, they knew our venue (Rengstorff House) inside and out, which made planning and walkthroughs smooth and stress-free. They helped us put together a detailed timeline, down to the minute, for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and they guided us through the rehearsal with confidence, making sure everyone knew their role. They put together a useful timeline document and had all our vendor information for coordinating on the big day. On the day itself, they handled everything with all of our vendors, getting them to the right place and making sure they had everything they needed. Cynthia and Amanda managed setup and placed the decorations we ordered, and kept everything moving without us ever feeling rushed. When a last-minute hiccup came up with ice (at first we didn't have enough ice for our drinks and cooling needs), they handled it quickly and quietly so we never had to stress - we didn't even know there was a hiccup until it was all over.
