They did an excellent job and worked very hard -- doing mostly a deep clean of the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. I don't speak spanish but their english was certainly good enough that I was able to communicate what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone needing either a deep or regular cleaning job. They are located out of Burbank but came to Pacific Palisades (which other cleaning companies wouldn't do). Not sure why -- the fires are out! Thanks Carmen!

His prices are also more reasonable than many other cleaning services we have worked with in the past, which makes the quality of his work an even better value. What we appreciate most is that he listens to what we ask for and cleans the home the way we want it done. He is reliable, easy to work with, and takes care of things without making the process complicated. We genuinely like him and are very happy with his work. Highly recommend Nicholas to anyone looking for a dependable, affordable, and efficient home cleaner.

His work ethic and the results were so good we just kept adding things! After the solid clean of all surfaces, we had him clean the upholstered couches and chairs, all the windows inside and out (including the screens), he did all the cabinetry in the house, then he pressure washed all the outdoor areas (concrete and decking) and got on the roof and cleaned the skylights. Nick is detail oriented and fastidious, two great qualities for a cleaner. Our house was furnished, which certainly made the job more work for Nick, what with moving the furniture around etc, but he took it in stride. He seemed to really want to get the job done right. We highly recommend Nick, particularly for a DEEP CLEAN.

I find it frustrating when a business invites customers to call but then doesn't answer or return messages. Communication is one of the most basic aspects of customer service and unfortunately my experience ended before I could even book the service. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning, but based on my experience, responsiveness and customer communication were disappointing. ***** UPDATE ***** After leaving my initial review regarding lack of response to calls and messages, the service provider did reach out to me directly. During that phone call, the conversation became confrontational. I was told that my review could be reported to the police, which felt like an inappropriate and intimidating response to customer feedback. During the call, I began recording for my own reference, and the call was then disconnected. There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, the interaction escalated in a way that made me uncomfortable. As a result, I will not be using this service and would advise others to carefully consider communication reliability before booking.
