The boarding kennels are very clean, well looked after and at a decent price. I've board my dog here from as little as 2 days to 19 days and never had a problem. They have a great selection of fish.I've had my dog trimmed here more than 50 times and they do a great job! My biggest complaint...and its been an issue ever since I stared to use the boarding services. With the amount of animals boarded they somehow need to open just the boarding drop off/pickup times. The weekend hours are especially short and the limited hours have caused us to change departure and arrival times from being away for work or vacation. A good example; I've arrived back in town at 6pm on a Sunday to find they close at 5pm, so my dog sits there until 6pm the next night..with work the next day its the only available time to pick the dog up and another days boarding. I've even had to adjust flights so I can get there when they open to drop the dog off and get to the airport as quickly as possible to make my flight. I'm not sure making a separate entrance with after hours pickup is the solution but I would have paid $10+ to pick up/drop off my dog a few hours either side.

Their love for animals made me so happy as well as their cleaning products being pet friendly which is something not everyone thinks about but it's very important for your fur babies! Our house after the deep clean was sparkling clean! I could almost see my reflection on our kitchen counters (which is cleaner now then when we bought the house). I did not realise how bad our sink was until they cleaned it and it looks brand new we were both so shocked!! Having a 75lb lab/collie mix he sheds alot of fur.....I mean...alot. even with just my hands I pick up a handful because he runs around house alot and it sheds off in his room. The family room(with dark purple couch in images) is my dogs room which ends up by the end if week being covered in fur and they were able to clean it up amazingly! They knew that my boyfriends family is coming to stay from states away for the holidays and their all allergic to cats. I have a cat that loves being on couch. Knowing that, they took every single cushion off and vacuumed all over and inbetween every crack of couch to get rid of the fur I appreciate it so so much!
