I like my dog cut a certain way and Jenn listened to me. The cut came out exactly the way I asked for. My dog always comes back with a clean cut, nails clipped and smells incredible. My dog is very squirmy, but Jenn is very patient and gentle with him. The convenience of not having to drive to a salon is a huge plus.
